The staff at the front desk is not helpful or friendly. The guy who takes blood is absolutely rude! He seems angry and has terrible people skills. He wouldn't answer any questions or comments. Never treated more rudely anywhere. The doctor we saw was fine. Not returning.

The entire staff (front desk, RN, and checkout/rescheduling) ignored the reason for my visit, which I repeated multiple times. Felt like they did NOT care about me or my wellbeing. Disappointed highly and never want to return to this office to be disrespected like that again. Please actually listen to the patients as thats what your entire job SHOULD be.
Also plan for a 2+ hour wait because they overbook the doctors.

Staff and doctors are always friendly and help me to feel at ease. The only critique I have for the office is when trying to call on the phone. I know they want us to use the website or leave a message, but sometimes I need to talk to a person. The hold time is way too long. Yesterday I Held for 20 minutes and then was automatically transferred to a message to be called back by end of the day. That was not good, plus i never received a call back. I ended up just going into the office in person to get my question answered. Other than the phone problem, this is a great office.

Terrible communication skills. The people working in the office don’t communicate with each other so each time someone calls you, you have to explain it all again and the ball gets dropped over and over. No one follows through with what they say. The way they treat you will definitely make you switch to another office. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. You better have plenty of time to hold.

Visited gilbert family medicine because I was experiencing increased symptoms of anxiety during quarantine. I was put on an anti-anxiety prescription and was doing very well on it. I recently called in a refill on my prescription through my pharmacy, to which they did not respond. I called them myself and left a message on their refill line, to which they also did not respond. After my pharmacy informed me they had reached out a second time I called GFM appointment line to speak to someone directly. At this point I was informed that I was required to visit every 6 months to maintain my prescription

The doctor was really nice but the nurse was kind of rude to us- they made us wait 40 extra min because the place changed our doctors route- and then she apologized and the nurse came in the room and said “we would have gotten done sooner if you guys weren’t late.” we were 3min late and we didn’t even get in the doctors for another 20min anyways. idk who the nurse is but she was really unpleasant to deal with. but the doctor she was really nice and i loved her. just the nurse made the visit not so pleasant.

Not a fan of this office. Unorganized staff. Was here 2 weeks ago. They apparently don't save information or read the paperwork they require to be filled out. Here again for a follow up was asked the same questions again. Not friendly. The doctor behaved like he had better things to do. Will be looking for another Primary Care office after this.

SERIOUSLY, go somewhere else. The end of last year I had strep throat. I had a tele-med appt with the doctor and it lasted less then 5 minutes, he told me to just let me symptoms pass and didn't even prescribe me anything, no antibiotics and just told me to "wait it out". I kid you not this meeting lasted less than 5 minutes and I got a bill for $225.00. And actually they billed me wrong and didn't charge my insurance correctly, so they had to RE bill me the corrected amount. Now fast forward to 2021 I am trying to get a simple appt to get my daughter her 11 year old vaccinations, called the office

One of the worst doctor experiences I ever had. I felt rushed and staff was very rude. I felt like I was just an inconvenience to be there. Kept having to bring up concerns I had because he wanted to rush to the next patient. Brushed off some of the questions/concerns I had. The person that took my blood didn't say on word to me and It was painful. I got blood taken a lot of times but it was never as painful as this one. I understand they are busy but there can still be some rapport with the patient, especial new patients. I will not be going back and will be finding a new doctor in the area.
