Worst apartment experience ever. Random hot water on and off, loud neighbors and even louder gardening. Couple of occasions I found Gardners getting stoned in the bushes while taking a break. When you can hear the resident above you urinating into the toilet you know your insulation and your apartment complex walls are very small. Breaking into cars, and vandalasim, no cameras or security officers, a resident got mayonnaise in their gas tank while I was living there.
