Writing this review later than planned, I lived in the maple wood apartment homes for 2 years. I recently moved out in April. I can happily say, Best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I felt so safe living here. The complex is always so clean/ neat. Its peaceful. The maintenance guy is very kind and thorough, the manager is always keeping the residents up to date with anything going on in the complex, (repairs etc). I highly recommend if there is a unit available you check out these apartments! And I hope you all can enjoy it as much as I did.

This apartment complex is a hidden gem, close to the Brea Mall, nice restaurants, and Downtown Brea. The landscaping is neat, with mature trees, and curving walkways. Of the apartments I've called home, this is the nicest by far. Very quiet, with a very pleasant on-site manager, Cassandra. Thomas, head of maintenance is hard-working and accommodating, working quickly to solve maintenance issues.
