I’ve lived here for over 2 years and couldn’t be happier.
The Community: The block I live on is very quiet. Neighbors are polite and friendly. The leasing office managers are reliable and a pleasure to work with.
The Complex: The landscape is lush with greenery and is well-kept throughout the year. Laundry rooms are always clean and available. I don’t use the facilities much, but they are always well-kept too. Guest parking is available most days. If guest parking is full, you can have your guests park across the street which is close and safe.

Beware of Referral Scammers when you move in. We had never knew them until we moved in on 11/23/2018. We were doing our paper work on the day we moved in and these people waited for the right opportunity when the rep Ana was printing the papers, they came to us and told- "Do you know Referral works here, right?". I asked what, they said we can share the referral what they get. She shared her contact number and after a month when she received the check, straightly says "We can't share the money as we did not agree, We too faced same issue, we were also referred by some other people and they too

Beware! This complex is mismanaged and participates in illegal predatory towing practices in partnership with Patrol-One and To and Mo Towing. Furthermore, the leasing agents and management team of Raintree attempt to force tenants into paying for parking stalls to avoid towing in permitted open parking areas. Mind you, we have parked in the same place for over two years and have never been cited or warned for parking in that area. All of sudden, one day two years later our LISTED vehicle gets towed and the management team refused to reimburse the cost for illegal towing. We also notified Western

Pros:
- Amenities seems to be well maintained.
- The gym is kept in good condition (even though it's really small).
- The location is good. If you live on the left side of the apartment complex, there will be less noise.
- Maintenance was good.
- Leasing office was good.
- Not a lot of stress if you want to bring friends to visit.
Const:
- Parking sucks.
- Got my bike stolen from the balcony of my studio.
- Expect people working and making noise before 8am.
- Got some Cockroaches twice.
- The front gate is useless any time of the day. It's open all day. But even if it's closed, anyone

Raintree is a wonderful community. Lots of shade trees with well kept landscaping. Off from the main traffic lends to a quieter experience. Staff is welcoming and supportive.
Excellent value: gym, pools, spas, tennis courts, a large social room, sand volley ball... it’s like a resort at resident friendly pricing!
Bring your smile, good attitude and I’m sure you will get the same kindness in return.

I recently moved in to a two bedroom and I must say that it has been a very nice experience so far. The staff, especially Ruth and Matt, have been wonderful, attentive and very helpful through the whole process.
Moving is a very stressful ordeal and exciting at the same time. I had been looking for a place and was getting very discouraged and tired, not finding what I wanted or what would be a good fit, that would feel like 'home'.
I stopped at Raintree, not expecting much, after a looking at some other places that same day. It was very nice to drive into and the offices were nice, though looks
