Everyone has their own reasons for making a decision to improve their life through a fitness program. Do you know that when you attempt to lose weight by dieting alone, you end up losing some fat, but also much lean muscle and water? Also, calorie restriction causes your body to slow down your metabolism, so as soon as you increase calorie intake again, the fat comes back on faster than ever.
Do you know what we find annoying? Shopping online for a product and the prices aren't listed. Well why should personal training be any different? Some gyms treat potential clients like they are at a timeshare presentation, trying to hard sell and guilt you into joining, we will never do that.
My philosophy and the only thing I push is clean eating, avoiding processed foods, eating within your calorie range, drinking lots of water and of course exercise.Many things set Vancouver Personal Training apart from other gyms. We only do 1 on 1 personal training or partner training. This means you get 100% of our attention, unlike other gyms where many trainers and clients are stuffed into a small area waiting on equipment.

I love exercising! I grew up playing sports and have always had a competitive side. It is a real blessing for me to have a career where I can stay active and help others stay active as well. I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful kids and we enjoy incorporating exercise into our family activities.

My wife and I have worked with Peter for a while now and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. It never feels like the same workout and he's always pushing us with new things, yet is very open to going back and repeating workouts that we enjoyed. I'd certainly recommend Peter to anyone in the Portland/Vancouver area looking for personal training.

Peter is a great trainer. His knowledge of health and fitness are clear once you start working with him. He's very motivational and pleasant to be around. I've been with him for about 2 months now and have already pre-paid for the next few months. He's good at what he does and you won't regret giving him a try. He will help you meet your goals and you will learn a lot about at the same time.
