Everything went amazing and smoothly, and Amanda Hodges was very communicative with us every step of the way. The closing of our house sale was very easy (title company hold ups aside) and we were able to do everything remotely which was very convenient. The listing was very professional, the photographer did an amazing job, and the marketing pushes were effective. Accepted and signed our offer, lead us on for 4 months, telling us everything was fine and we shouldn't be worried that they hadn't started building our home yet. then they asked us to extend our closing date indefinitely at an undisclosed higher price. the home was relisted last week for $95k more than the offer they had accepted from us.

We cannot express enough how wonderful and delightful Julie Essig was during the process of buying our home in Idaho and transitioning from California.
