Fantastic realtors. The supply of housing is super low right now, yet we found a fantastic home the first day we went looking with James. He was a master of the negotiating process, and we had an accepted offer a day after the initial offer was submitted. We closed just after Thanksgiving yet still within 30 days. I can't give enough praise to James at Jon Rosche Reality, 5 stars all the way.
