I have been in real estate since 1977, starting in Portland, Oregon with a home Developer/ Builder / Real Estate company, then (ahem) California, and lastly, my favorite. My parents were fans of new homes, in new towns. Growing up I lived in 1 state, 5 towns and 7 new homes. My Hubby and I have improved on the family tradition: 3 states, 7 cities and 8 brand new houses.
Being an Idaho native, I have watched the Treasure Valley grow into one of the best areas in America to live. My family and I enjoy the four season's sports that our state has to offer, along with relaxing in the beautiful mountain getaways. I have been involved in the construction field for over 20 years, from renovating my personal investment homes, to industrial coatings in large facilities.
I was born and raised right here in the treasure valley. I was a business management/communications major while playing baseball at the College of Idaho. After finishing school I moved to Los Angles, California and worked at Warner Bros. Music Group. While there I met my lovely wife and we started our journey back to Idaho.

We signed papers yesterday for our new home in Nampa, ID. I have nothing but great things to say about our realtor, Matt LeBaron with Trust Realty. He and his father in law went above and beyond in finding us… our home. I highly recommend him if you or anyone you know is moving to the Treasure Valley. He even went on the hunt for a fridge for us calling appliance stores and searching craigslist when I couldn’t find the one I wanted. They were excellent communicators. I don’t normally do recommendation posts but when someone goes above and beyond to assist in a hard transition

I contacted Matt after sifting through realtors in and around the Nampa area. While I did find many qualified individuals I felt like Matt and I would click.
After we started the home search process he updated me regularly on the inventory in and around the area I was looking to buy a home in. Some realtors are pushy, but Matt actually encouraged me to wait a bit on a couple of occasions. I believe this to be a positive reflection of his experience in the Real Estate field. He seems to be in it for the long run instead of trying to make a quick buck.

Faye Delbridge did a fantastic job for me. She found my new house in 2 days and sold my old house in 2 days. She communicated closely with everyone throughout the process. Then she worked her magic with the lender, the buyer's realtor, and the inspector to resolve last minute details. So grateful for her.
