Had this shop do a buyers inspection for me on a used boat I was interested in. From the first phone call the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I can’t remember her name off hand. I had a few schedule changes and they were very accommodating. The rest of the crew there doing the inspection did a bang up job very knowledgeable in their craft and gave good advice to help aid in the decision. Just wanted to let these guys know keep doing what they’re doing. Customer service like that is far and in between these days. Ended up purchasing the boat in the end!

I have never used a more professional repair facility in my entire life. I needed my Glastron 175 Mercruiser short block overhauled or replaced, I went with a used short block. Kenneth, the tech, kept me updated with texts and videos during the entire repair process. Boat runs superb! Picture is of fam on Lake Houston December 26, 2021. Keep up the good work Hot Headz!

What do I have to say about Hot Headz Marine, Well for starters Great people! Very knowledgeable and Awesome service. They worked on my pull start engine when in reality they don’t work on those anymore. I almost left it at the bottom of the lake that day I dropped it off with them, after trying to start it for what it seamed like an eternity! Lewis did me a solid by bring back to life my 15hp Suzuki. He detailed what exactly what he would do and even made a you tube video after all the repairs were made. So if you need any Marne service don’t hesitate to stop by these guys!!

Took my 2007 2201 Mako to them. Boat had been sitting for 11 years. They went over it mechanically for me, from draining and cleaning the gas tank to changing the oil and tuning her up.. They sent me a detailed estimate for what was needed and got on it quickly. After my approval they ordered the parts and got her running like a top. No issues on her first sea trial except fuel gauge took it back and they jumped right on getting it right plus a couple new items I requested them to repair for me. Everyone there was professional and up front with me every step of the way. I highly recommend this

So far it's been a good experience. The staff is very respectful and friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions even when he had a lot going on. I never felt rushed. I will update after the work is done. Said the boat would be looked at in two weeks we are on three now but I do understand things happen so we will see.

Was having some issues with my boat I had just purchased used, unfortunately the seller didn't tell me about the issues. The staff here are amazing people. Extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. I was in and out before the time frame I was initially told. I thought I bought a paperweight but the folks here at Hot Headz made my boat a boat again. Will be the only place for future boat repair/maintenance.

The guys/gals over at Hot Headz are amazing. Very knowledgeable on boats. Lewis the owner is straight to the point, direct and helpful. Long story short I needed a new engine, me being cheap decided to go somewhere else to get it rebuilt and had these guys install it... BIG MISTAKE. Lewis told me what to do and I didnt do what he recommended and I paid for it $$$$.... I finally went with the option he gave me and I have been riding in the water freely ever since... I HIGHLY recommend anyone in need of marine service to go to this place. 5 STARS FOR THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I wish I had checked reviews for Hot Headz Marine before I went there. They charged me more per hour than quoted, even up to more than double, they charged me for unauthorized work and said they put in more hours on my boat than they are even open.
If you have a complaint about this shoddy operation and it's owner, Lewis Walker, forward it to Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas. They now have a file on these people.
Hopefully, the AG will eventually shut this operation down.

Great guys have an older sea-doo and did'nt know about these guys at the time so i called all the sea-doo people around houston and they all preatty much told me that my jet ski is to old and they would not work on it. Called hot headz up and they were friendly and said yes we could work on it and be happy to do it. I would recommend anyone with an older jetski or any kind of boat to take to these guys

We purchased our very first boat about a month and a half ago and had already experienced the worst service possible by the dealer we actually purchased it from. We took it to Lewis and had him and his team run a full diagnostic to discover several things that were not only misrepresented but things that had been messed up by the previous service team at the dealer. Lewis was very attentive to our needs and put forth the extra effort to educate us as to what was needed to be repaired, why, and ways to avoid future issues, where no one else had taken the time to explain anything. These guys are some friendly good ol boys they will explain things in simple terms to you and make you feel right at home. They will explain and show you how to fix and maintain your boat on the spot. Yes it can be exspensive but you pay for what you get and here you get excellent service and free know how and education they give you is priceless. I highly recommend them for any boat maintenance or repairs very quick turn around and highly professional.

Be careful with this guy! The name of his business sums up his attitude towards his customers. Be sure to get any quote in writing, because his hand shake and word isn't worth anything. The repair quote discussed and the final bill were not even close. Off by over $1000. I understand things can change, but performing work without authorization is unacceptable. For quality work, take your boat to a reputable dealer!

I went to this place as I had seen it from traveling. I went and talked to the people there and I should of stopped then. While there driving by a truck with two men drove by and yelled and flipped the owner off screaming some noise. He stated they were local thieves and he had reported them before. Oh well next I left my boat and asked for repairs. This place lied multiple times about the work being done and they had not touched it. After 4 weeks I went to check on it and it was not moved and wanted to charge me storage fees when I refused to leave it longer. I reluctantly paid to get it back
