Update....Over a week after Capt. Kirks took delivery of my boat I get an email from the sales rep Cain who had not been returning my calls or emails and he tells me the hull of my boat has been damaged and it was damaged when it was dropped off. He never mentioned anything when the boat was dropped off that there was any damage. This is after sending countless emails, calls and texts, requesting the hull ID number of the boat, and advising them I want to come to Spring, Texas to pick up my boat on Saturday. He also tells me that I need to make an "appointment" to pick up my boat either

My sister and I have been fishing since we were kids. Our parents are gone now and we both live near a lake. We decided to buy an affordable fishing boat and chose a Lowe. Inventory was non existent. We chose Capt Kirk because of the reviews. We could not be happier with our Stinger 175. We had to wait a few months but got exactly what we wanted for the money. Capt Kirk’s staff are helpful and friendly. They answer their phones and promptly respond to questions. They also asked us questions before installing extra equipment. I highly recommend Capt Kirk’s.

I just bought a motor from Kirk's marine they were very informative about the motor, I was having a little trouble with my credit but they worked with them the whole time. I finally got it. But they installed the motor plus some additional components, I took the boat out yesterday and it was great being on the water a big thanks to Cain and Roberta at kirk's marine

My experience with Capt Kirk's was extremely challenging once the process of finalizing the order for the boat occurred. The sales person Cain guided us through the order process to build our own boat and we agreed on the quote and price on 6/29/2021. I spoke with Cain at 4:00 pm on the 29th with a few additional questions regarding timing, standard interest rate that he has seen through their bank that only specialilzes in Recreation product financing. I conveyed that I would be getting back with him on 6-30 because he shared that I had to get the order for the boat in by 6-30 as the manufacturer

This place was pleasant to deal with up until the point that we decided to turn down the 10% cost of credit that they offered to my 788 Credit score. At this point we decided to go through our personal bank to obtain the loan to purchase from Capt Kirks. This is where our problems started! Customer service went from a 10/10 to 1/10 simply because the finance manager was no longer making her commission. They also tacked on a “Manufacture charger” that did not exist at any other dealership we called after the salesman and finance manager could not explain. This charge also popped up conveniently

I shopped for a solid month before I was able to get my hands on the Ascend 133x. Bass Pro and Cabelas websites and stores were completely out of stock, but the good folks at Captain Kirk's had it in stock fresh off the delivery truck.

I was very happy with the service I recently received from the Capt. Kirk service team. My lightly used 2015 Nitro with a 150 Merc (26 hours) has had a lingering issue almost since new which caused the motor to hesitate and just not run properly. Despite two service calls to another West side "authorized" service center and a video of the problem they did not diagnose the issue and really did not care at all about my situation.
The team at CK immediately identified the problem watching the video and the situation was corrected with a new OEM sensor to replace the defective unit. They understood

After posting my review, Troy Kirk, the owner's son contacted me and listened to my experience and complaints. He asked that I give him a chance to make it right. That was Monday. They called on today, Wednesday, and told me my boat was ready, instead of next week as I was initially informed.

Had my boat in for repairs and they called to tell me it was not the carbs but a oil pressure unit. Ok no problem but when I get the boat home I noticed a clamp was missing off the fuel line where it attaches to the primer bulb. I called to ask if this was a new type of hose and did not need a clamp. They told me no it did need a clamp that they should have put one on. Ok. I had health issues and did not take the boat out for a while. Went to take off from the ramp and the low oil alarm went off. You would think that if someone works on anything to do with the oil system they would have checked

Captain Kirk's has messed up our boating plans again! They had our boat for several weeks for an overall tune up and repair so it would be ready for the summer. We brought it back to the lake, b cause they said it was good to go. Well, it was not good. It kept stopping in idle. So, we took it back in. (Our lake is 90 miles away). Oops, they didn't test it for everything. We picked it up to get it back to lake for the Fourth of July. They said it was good to go. We got in the boat with family and kids ready to ski and tube. The boat flooded out-Captain Kirk's forgot to put the plug
