Services
If you are interested in attending, please call us at 865-397-7942. As we all know 2020 was a year with practically no live music performance opportunities. So, let's all come out and enjoy some fine performances in the old barn. If you've never attended a show in this old barn, you don't know what you're missing!
Campsites are spacious with a gravel foundation topped off with a nice lawn for your comfort. This lends itself to the enjoyment of your pets when they have to go out. Please note that you must keep your pet on a leash when outside of your camper. Also, please pick up after your pet. If you do not pick up the poop, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Located just off I-40 Exit 407 on the North side of the interstate. East Dumplin Valley is the first road on the right past the interstate (it runs in front of McDonald's & Cracker Barrel). Travel 1 1/2 miles east on E. Dumplin Valley to our farm on the left. DO NOT USE GPS to locate us. If you are traveling west on I-40 your GPS might route you onto the wrong exit.

This is an old Dairy farm made into an RV park. The hay field/pasture and been terraced for RV parking. Only a few gravel pads but mostly just grass. Heavy dew last several days made for wet shoes/boots/feet. No shade (unless you're on far west of field), no picnic tables, no pads although fairly level parking. The owners very curt and little to say. Not welcoming at all. I suppose RV park is easier than dairy farming.

Great lil place to stay. I am not sure if it had a shower house or not bc our Class A has 1.5 bathrooms and we just used it. But very convenient to Knoxville, TN. Staff was super friendly, we did come across 2 stay dogs while we were walking ours on the property so be careful but that just happens in the country.

This place is basic but amazing. It is on a beautiful farm with cows out in the background. Everyone was very friendly and the place was very quiet at night. We felt very safe in this area. My son found another kid to play with and the campground had no problem letting them run off energy and play hide and seek. We will definitely stay again. If your looking for a good place to eat the steak house next to chocolate monkey by bass pro is AMAZING!!

What a gorgeous place! A huge natural ampitheatre style grassy slope was one of our favorite RV Parks on our entire cross country journey from San Diego to Wilmington NC. We explored the entire grounds with delight, boring what a perfect music venues this would be for a future return. Dog friendly, all grass sites, spacious and lightly occupied during our springtime visit. Don't miss it, it is a must stay!

We have stayed here 4 times in the past few years and will be there again in June of this year. Always friendly, always accommodating. Have never had a problem getting cell service. I understand the bath house is closed due to covid, not a problem with full hookups. A lot of grass, and plenty of space on the sites to put out the awning, set up a table and chairs. We come visit family in the area every year and this is our go to place.
