We would love to help you plan your next stay with us. Use the contact information below to get in touch with us or use our online form and one of our representatives will respond within 24 hours. We recommend accessing Up the Creek RV Camp from Interstate 40, EXIT 407 and through Pigeon Forge TN, (U.S. 441 S.).
We feature spacious RV sites surrounded by two mountain creeks, lined with magnificent hardwoods. Convenient to Gatlinburg, Townsend, Sevierville, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Up The Creek RV Camp offers the largest sites of any of the Campgrounds in Pigeon Forge TN. Each campsite has power (30 and 50 amp), water and sewer hookups, as well as a large concrete patio, picnic table and fire-ring.
Our personal camping experience in RV parks and campgrounds across America inspired us to find the most ideal setting to create a campground with over-sized RV sites that are easily accessible. We're a refreshing alternative to those unreasonably cramped campsites that we've all grown accustomed to.
The town of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is a hub of activity. You have your choice of entertaining shows such as Country Tonite Theatre and Smoky Mountain Opry, and shows including dinner such as Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, and Lumberjack Feud. There are the Titanic and Hollywood Wax museums, and certainly plenty of go-kart tracks and places to shop.
Whether it's hiking the trails and finding that perfect swimming hole, white water rafting, or lazily tubing the river while soaking up the sun, there's something for everyone in the Great Smoky Mountains! We've put together a list of some of our favorite things to do to give you an idea. Enjoy a walk along the paved trails and then have a game of friendly tennis on one of the six lighted tennis courts.

I have only posted 2-3 reviews in my life, however, felt the need to inform everyone of this place. Absolutely beautiful, excellent service, clean and quite. First time taking our camper to Smokey, and already looking forward to next year. Although we really never spoke to the staff, they had everything set up as we had been told in our reservation package, so check in and hookup's all explained. thank you so much for a wonderful week in your camp site.

The nicest campground we have ever stayed in. It has always been our first choice when we come to Pigeon Forge, but if you ever have to change anything or need help from the owners, they are rude and don’t care about you once they have your money. We are looking for a new go to spot. If you’re business owners like us or your work can be unpredictable I do not recommend staying here, only if you can make absolute plans that never have to be changed even if made almost a year in advance.

Fantastic campground. Sites large with gravel parking and we'll maintained grass. My wife and I stayed in site 8. All the sites on that side have a large flat space between them and the river which was great for walking our dogs. If you get site 8 you'll want to park a little off the patio to make sure you have clearance for the fire pit.
Park doesn't have anything for the kids to do but that doesn't seem to be the audience they are catering to. Other side of that coin is that was a peaceful and quite park.
We had a lot of rain on our trip but I did not see any issues with flooding or standing

Beautiful campground. Located a few miles eat of town away from the main road and all the traffic. Very well laid out, paved sites, full hook ups, lots of room between the sites. Trees & bushes give plenty of privacy. Not crowded, very quiet, none of the chaos and traffic that most of the other campgrounds in Pigeon Forge have. No bathrooms on site - campers are required to be fully self contained. No complaints. Reservation system online and was very simple, although if you want to select a particular site, you will have to pay an additional fee. The office was not open due to Covid restrictions

The BEST RV Park! Quiet, friendly, spacious and beautiful. If you love nature and don't need a lot of amenities like swimming pools or laundry, this is the place. Perfect for sitting outside and listening to the water in the creek beside a campfire. Perfect for walking our 3 dogs and the little dog park was great for for letting them run around off leash. Will definitely come back again.

Would have given more stars if I had the option . Up The Creek is the best campground in the entire Smokey Mountain area. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes from all the main attractions; yet far enough to be very peaceful and quiet. The grounds are extremely well maintained. The sites are large, shaded, and have all the needed utilities. Just completed my third stay within the last five years and hope to return many more times in the future. Up The Creek is the "perfect campground". It is not an entertainment facility like some of the other campgrounds in the area. It is the true example
