Finding a therapist who you feel comfortable with and who fits your needs can be a challenging task. My hope is that the information provided here will allow you to move closer to finding the therapist that is right for you. I encourage you to call and speak with me directly at any time. My goal is to offer a genuine, compassionate and respectful relationship with my clients so they can reach greater self-awareness and insight.

Through our development together, clients can get greater satisfaction with the overall quality of their lives and attain the personal tools needed to strengthen their intimate relationships. I view mental health similarly to physical health: when there's an injury or illness, seeking professional guidance, intervention, and support can improve overall wellness.
Services
I provide therapy for children, teens and adults, as an individual, family or couple. In the first few sessions we will attend to your reasons for pursuing therapy, in addition to addressing personal history, which may be relevant. Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length and are confidential in nature.
My experience spans over 15 years working with children, teens and adults, providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and groups. I have successfully treated clients of all ages, from many different ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Queer, Questioning and Transgender individuals.

I first met Aimee over 20 years ago when we ran therapy groups together. Aimee is one the most dedicated therapists I've ever met. She's a naturally interested and compassionate person, but what I most admire about Aimee is her commitment in all areas of her life to growth and the hard work growth requires. As a therapist, she consistently takes opportunities to expand her skill set and her knowledge. I think anyone who ends up working with Aimee is fortunate. I could not recommend her more highly.

Aimee is extremely successful at building trust with teens. She provides a safe environment, she's a skilled listener; she is patient, and she's talented with teens striking a fine balance of authority figure and ally. And when it comes to helping them process their emotions and understand feelings associated with school, friendship, and family ups and downs, she shines.

Aimee makes getting teens to open up look effortless and easy.

The great takeaway for our teen has been "we all need to talk to someone, and sharing and talking about our problems and is a healthy and positive

For some reason, Yelp ate my last review, so I'll try it again. I'm not a robot, Yelp, I promise!

Aimee Rozen is simply the best. She has now helped me through two very different life challenges, spaced about 8 years apart. She knows when to listen and when to ask just the right questions, to help you probe deeper and understand why it is you do what you do. She is down-to-earth, sincere, and (a trait I need), she is willing to call you out on your "stuff." I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you for steering me (and my partner) to a brighter future, Aimee!

I've known Aimee Rozen for 10 years now and there is noone and I mean noone that I would refer my clients to for psychotherapy. Her genuine concern for her clients, family and friends is unmatched.

I worked with her earlier in her career at a child and family clinic and her ability to help her clients to find the truth in their lives, to understand their own behavior and why their relationships were lacking was unequaled.

I now own a massage and bodywork clinic and we send all clients seeking psychotherapy to Aimee. We are very proud of the partnerships we have made with alternative health
