You're a good man. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, responsive, conservative (at least at the law). A couple of other lawyers I talked to for this took forever to get back to me, wouldn't answer anything even resembling a legal opinion, but I was looking for some basic assurance that I was proceeding in the right direction, not trying to get free legal advice.

Al represented me on a RE purchase and he made it very smooth and timely. I was very impressed how he answers the phone or calls / emails you right back. Everything he promised happened in the time promised. His price was fair , actually reflected a repeat customer discount which he didn’t have to do, but he did because he’s smart and nice. Other lawyers I spoke to about the transaction didn’t impress me in any way compared to Attorney Moore.
