I have drafted various types of agreements to help individuals with family law cases as well as dealing with business relationships. In the arena of family law, I draft prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, settlement agreements, and modification agreements. As to non-family matters, I draft agreement related to buying a business; a division of real estate property; and also handle breach of contract matters.
We handle both contested and uncontested divorces; the latter being a situation where parties agree on all issues of the divorce case. The issues of a divorce often include division of assets and debt; which requires a determination of which assets and debts are "marital" and which are "non-marital".
Issues such as alimony, child support, and time-sharing are the type of matters that can be modified. Child support is the easiest to modify and time sharing the most difficult. As such when you get an initial order make sure you are happy with the time-sharing agreement as it is very difficult to change; unless of course, there is language in the agreement which changes the burden of proof.

Found him to be extremely rude and unprofessional . One of the most condescending people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. But hey when you charge $300 an hour what do you expect I guess? The person I feel the worst for is the young lady that works for him. He talks down to his staff and that in my case says a lot about who he is as a person. His law office is about the size of my back porch so I think that also may speak to his popularity as well. I left feeling less confident about my situation then I when I walked in. Get a grip buddy, your not better then anybody else. I would NEVER

Lawyer only seems to care about getting paid and doing a poor job at representing clients needs and wants to cases. Mr. Weinbaum has shown to be very rude when speaking to clients. He never has paperwork in his presence when he is speaking with clients so he is unaware of the case. Poor attitude. I would never recommend Mr. Weinbaum to anyone on the Treasure Coast. Mr. Weinbaum does not care to represent others above what he is paid to do like other lawyers who care about their clients or look out for the best interest of the client or the case at hand. He is never available to speak to his clients

I was a relatively simple divorce several years ago. However, where I had few assets to protect, among them were my retirement accounts. Little did I realize at the time what entirely they comprised. Mr Weinbaum and staff were absolutely amazing. Very professional as well as proficient and helping me resolve my case.
