Attorney Gabrielle Radcliffe accepts all clients who have been charged with either felony or misdemeanor crimes on the Treasure Coast.
Being charged with a crime, whether a simple misdemeanor or more serious felony, is life-changing. You have to spend time and money defending yourself. Your reputation suffers and if you are a divorced parent, or in the process of getting a divorce, child custody and visitation may be in jeopardy.
A drunk driving conviction will have serious and long-lasting consequences. Depending on your particular DUI circumstances, a first, second or subsequent DUI conviction will be a misdemeanor or felony crime and can result in jail time, thousands of dollars in fines, a driver's license suspension and additional court sanctions.
There are two categories of criminal offenses: misdemeanors and felonies. While a conviction for a misdemeanor is less severe than a felony, this does not mean that a misdemeanor cannot have serious and far-reaching consequences, because it often does. Misdemeanor convictions can result in jail time, expensive fines and a wide array of court-imposed sanctions.

Gabby is a nasty person. I paid her $2000.00 to help my fiancé with probation violation. Gabby wouldn't return my calls for 3 weeks until 10 minutes before the hearing. When she did call, she blamed me for her not being prepared for the case. Although she wouldn't return my phone calls, I still left all the info pertaining to the case with the legal aid who assured Gabby would call me. Still no call until 10 minutes before the case. I had a medical emergency the morning of the hearing and could not be there in person so she told my fiancé to leave me because I'm not good enough
