My Husband and I were tasked to relocate from Atlanta, Georgia to San Diego for work. I rented a house in Fallbrook (3064 Live Oak Park) sight unseen for a job relocation. Great house on beautiful property, however, the fact that the owner's son lives next door (and this was his mother's house) was not disclosed. I learned the owners son was going to be a constant source of irritation when I pulled up in the moving van and he was there to introduce himself. I could go on and on about his many antics but will say here that VPM would have done their out of state client a great service by advertising 3064 Live Oak Park as a guest house. VPM Managed the rental I live in. As a tenant, Lauren and her staff were always more than helpful and friendly to me. I moved to the area from out of state a few years back, and they helped me find a place to live when no other rental agencies were responding my phone calls. Above that, their team is very responsive when you have any questions, and they make it really easy to submit payments or request maintenance. I highly recommend.

I wanted to love this service, as I know someone who is professionally associated with them. Unfortunately, we found Lauren to be evasive about the features of a rental property we inquired about. We asked the questions a second time, and then she told us that one had already been rented out. She then tried to get us to look at a different property that didn't meet our needs. We didn't agree to do that and suspected that the first property wasn't actually rented out.
