I have been with this bank many years but this year the spirit of this bank fails 100%...It does not deserve even a -0. way below zero. UNPROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S BEST. I am leaving this bank today. The loan officer, Ms Newsome, will not answer your calls, nor will she return them. The other staff memebers are all in this together it seems. SAD SAD SAD. and good bye

For those of you who have been dissatisfied in the service you received in the distant pass, I apologize. I would like to invite you to try 1st Choice again. Your voices was heard and management has implemented a lot of changes, regarding both staff and technology. Just come and see (call or come in) for yourself. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

They should at least open for 4 hours on Saturdays. The online system is a joke. I tried calling to check my balance and the system does not accept my pin and account number! I have never had this much trouble accessing my money with any other institution! I'm definitely going to be looking for a different Credit Union because this is not it.

That is so funny, everyone who gave a 5 star is lying, I have been trying to reach someone for 3 weeks. I have never had anyone to answer any of my phone calls. And they don’t answer emails ether. I have sent them over 10 emails BEGGING them to contact me. All I want is access to my money ATM card or something. I have emailed MR.Dunlap and other people he won’t call back.So if you dig into the website it’s a all BLACK owned business. And you want my support.

I just got a piece of mail claiming I have an account with 0$ and the only way to see what’s going on is to enter my full social. This bank seems to be scamming now to cause someone to have to setup an account. Contacting NCIU tomorrow to see if this is an allowed practice and shut this bank down if possible. When you can’t trust a bank who can you trust...

When you're a small operation, you strive to grow, NOT here! Poor customer service, poor systems (atm, website etc). A few months ago, I called to setup online banking, (because you cannot do it yourself "ONLINE") the lady I spoke with asked me for a password to use, so I asked if we're able to change it ourselves online, she said no, you're not, so I didn't do it, and a coworker said to go there and try. I did and was given a bit better help and did open an online acct, and was told yes you can change your password. You try to login to the website and there's no Username permitted, you MUST enter

Poor customer service. The loan mangers do not call you back and the same person answers the phone and says they are in a meeting.
No app for online or home banking and the website is out of date and slow. You click on links and there is nothing there!
The inside of the CU at Grady Hospital looks like something out of the 1940s and the customer service is slow and somewhat unprofessional.
I've decided to take my money out and place in a bank or CU that is up-to-date and with new technology and banking services and good customer services.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. They act as though they are doing you a favor and you are bothering them by asking questions. I called Ms. Taylor at least 4 times to get and answer about an issue I was having and she NEVER bothered to return my call after I left 4 very clear messages. I called in on March 7, 2012 so that I could get a payoff on 1 of my accounts and got the same awful treatment by the lady that answered the phone. Honestly I thought initially it was a racial issue however I have a couple co workers that assured me it was not racial because they had received
