Go Green With E-Statements Report

Members signed up to our Home Banking program have the option to receive their account statements electronically. This means that you can receive your statements promptly at the end of each statement period. As an environmentally friendly measure, all members who opt in to receive their statements electronically will no longer receive a printed statement at the end of each statement period.

Guaranteed Auto Protection Report

In the event your vehicle is deemed a total loss due to an accident or theft, your auto insurance policy will usually cover only the actual cash value or market value of your vehicle less a deductible. This settlement could be significantly less than the amount you owe to your lender or leasing company.

TIS Disclosure Report

The dividend rate and annual percentage yield may change every quarter. We change the dividend rate for your account as determined by the credit union board of directors. Dividends will be compounded every quarter. If you close your share account before dividends are paid you will not receive accrued dividends.

The online website is never available nor easy to long onto. I don't always want to have to wait and see what my balance is during business hours. Even when asked to fill out forms by the teller, it is difficult to long on and complete those.

I may change my opinion later down the road, but as of today I have to say that the receptionist was rude. Basically said she couldn't assist my account because they receive hundreds of applications a day. I was put on hold then hung up on.

Such a great credit union! I am an employee at Northside and I an extremely happy with the service and care each employee shows all their customers. I worked with Kevin on an auto loan. He helped explain everything and was very helpful.
