When I visited, I was the only customer in the room. I filled out my deposit slip for shared branch banking and went to the counter. I was then told to stop, turn around, and sign in on an iPad near the entrance for "better customer service".
I was the only person there. Why did I need to fill out a form just to qualify for a spot in line? Why did I have to receive a text alert telling me that a teller was open and could help me? I was the only customer in a room of bored tellers. 🤦‍♀️

I had a 5 star experience at that associated credit union. I found the decor and environment very relaxing and well kept. All the staff members were very welcoming, and the two bankers that assisted me were friendly knowledgeable, quick and superb with there service. Thank you for a very excellent service.

Financed a car through them. Despite making all payments two weeks in advance, I am constantly getting mail claiming I am behind on payments. When I called I was told they "put the money in the wrong place". They're negligence is likely affecting my credit. Absolutely terrible customer service with no concern for how their inadequacies are impacting their members.

The recent reviews are fake, these people work for the credit union like Brandee the lobbyist. These reviews were created to deceive members and counter-act the bad reviews written, which hides the issues that really exist. Management has treated me as if I am not a valued member by ignoring my concerns. I have been repeatedly lied to and given incorrect information over and over again. Management sends me emails without signatures so I cannot contact them by phone or identify their position in the company. I have been unable to obtain credit, with a 826 FICO because of errors ACU have made on

This bank is the worst to get a car loan through. They are incredibly hard to pay if you don't regularly bank with them especially if you want to pay off the loan early. But THEY LOST OUR TITLE. It just magically disappeared and nobody realized till we ask where it was after waiting 45 days. Get a loan literally anywhere else this bank is awful.

After reading the reviews I was afraid to go into this location to deposit cash in my credit union account that is a CoOp w Assoc Credit Union. When I arrived I was greeted upon walking in. Then I was greeted by the teller as I approached her. I gave her the name of my Credit union in where I was depositing my cash. The teller was very pleasant, professional, and friendly.
I would definitely use this location in future.

I am done with this place once I pay my car loan off. Last December my check was lost and then all of a sudden turned up. I just mailed my payment off on December 8th and seems to be lost again just like last year. I would pay over the phone but it is a 13 dollar fee. I have made payments for the last 11 months with no issues. What is it about December? I just don't get it. Am I the only one having these issues?

I’ve always heard credit unions give better service but that couldn’t be further from the truth with this one. I was a prospective new customer and had a few questions about their mortgages. I got one form email from them and then I replied with a question and all I got back was “do you even have a contract in place?” Not once did anyone from them even bother to use my name! Not Hi (insert name). Terrible customer service will never do business with them.
