For as long as I can remember, I knew I was different. I didn't want to conform to what everyone else was doing or what they wanted me to BE. Thank goodness! Kundalini Yoga is known as the "Yoga of Awareness" because it aims to release the Kundalini energy stored at the base of the spine by awakening and balancing the seven chakras, our energy centers. It is a dynamic and powerful tool that is designed to bring awareness to your mind and body.

Even though you can expect an intense workout from Kundalini, it goes beyond physical movements and taps into your conscious as it focuses on breathing, mudra, eye-focus, and mantras.The main objective of Kundalini Yoga is to elevate the spirit to its limitless potential.
ThetaHealing is a tremendously powerful method that can be practiced in person or over the phone. The practitioner is able to use and send Higher Power healing energy to you by putting himself or herself in a meditative state or Theta Brain Wave. The practitioner can intuitively scan your body to find energy blocks, developed by accumulated emotions.
Tai Chi provides a low impact, slow motion exercise where you continuously move through specified martial arts motions. Tai Chi has been considered a form of meditation, being described as "meditation in motion." You don't need to know the Chinese philosophy that goes back to the beginning of written Chinese history, behind Tai Chi to know the physical and mental healing benefits of practicing it.
