Mrs. Jennifer Forst is thrilled to share her passion and enthusiasm for dance through JDF Elite Dance Academy. She has gained experience in the dance community through both studio dance and dance/drill team and has now realized the goal of owning her own business for the past 11 years! We are thrilled to have been in the Friendswood/Pearland/League City area for over a DECADE!
We believe in the consistent progression of student's technique, confidence, self esteem and style through excellent instruction and the student's drive and committment to dance. Our studio offers Dance I-V to accomodate all levels of dance technique. The main focus of JDF Elite Dance Academy is on the individual's growth both as a dancer and as a person.
If you are interested in private lessons for technique or competitive choreography we are available now! We will provide you with exceptional choreography and guidance for solos, duets, trios and ensembles! If you would like more competitive experience, but are not a member of the JDF Elite Company, you can still compete with JDF!
JDF Elite Dance Academy believes in giving students the opportunity to grow as dancers here at home! This ensures our students receive as many opportunities as possible for them to learn from top choreograhers and instructors from all over the United States! Master class teachers will be invited from all genres of dance!
The JDF EDA Company under the direction of Jennifer Forst is a highly-competitive National Award Winning company designed for advanced pre-professional dancers ages 5-19 who train and rehearse 15 or more hours a week, and compete in almost all genres of dance.
JDF company attends approximately 5-7 competitions and several conventions held mainly during the spring, primarily in Houston, and participates in several local charity events and performances throughout the year.

I’ve been at JDF for 9 years now, and I couldn’t see myself dancing anywhere else. The owner is original, super creative, and goes above and beyond for each and every one of her dancers. The instructors get to know all of their students and treat us all fairly. Even the front desk is meticulously organized and finances are always kept in line, as the person who runs it is a retired accountant. The levels and dance positions are merit based, which means equal opportunity for newcomers as well as kids who have been here as long as I have. I seriously recommend JDF. It’s the best.

Well After reading the reviews on JDF. I was shocked to see that JDF studio responded to a negative post. They responded very professional and with concern. That gentleman must be a new parent?!
Unfortunately in "ALL" after school activities are pricey. Weather its soccer, tennis, dance, karate, football, drill team, band, orchestra, tutoring, baseball,daycare, ect. Its all pricey. Its worth it when your kids are involved with something. To find their passion is priceless to me and other people will agree. My daughters are dancers at JDF and they love it as well as my husband and I do. JDF is

I have no bad words to say about the dance teachers, dancers, or receptionist. The only reason I rated them a 1 is because the owner is the worst. I had a problem with one of the classes my daughter was in and she did not handle the situation professional. She then contradicted herself in emails which made her look uneducated. There was not a class that suited my daughter and I attend the recital and it completely solidify my decision to remove my daughter from the studio.
