We guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will make every effort to correct the situation. If we cannot correct it to your satisfaction, you will not be charged for that particular service item.

Scott County Cremation is an affordable alternative for the families of Scott County and the entire Minneapolis & St. Paul metro area who are looking for a simple cremation without all of the frills local funeral homes offer. We are not a "society", and there are NO MEMBERSHIP FEES. We believe everyone is entitled to an affordable cremation.
Our Simple Cremation Package is designed for those who "just want to be cremated" with no frills. This basic package includes everything legally required for a direct cremation. The Cost for MN Death Certificates is $13 for the first copy and $6 for each additional copy. Please choose a number you will need.
Provides families an opportunity to acknowledge the passing of their loved one while keeping things simple. This package includes everything legally required for cremation along with some upgrades. Optional Upgrades: In-person arrangements at funeral home, upgraded cremation container, additional obituaries, order death certificates, digital fingerprint or other keepsake.

The Celebration of Life Cremation Package was the perfect choice for a family who wanted to keep things simple, but also wanted to celebrate the life of their loved one. The wife of the man who died commented that she wanted to be respectful of her husband's wishes to keep things simple, but she still needed to say goodbye to him.
This package is specially designed for our veterans who want a simple cremation while still taking advantage of all the benefits they are entitled to as a veteran. As a special thank you from Scott County Cremation, we will provide a simple wooden urn at no extra cost. Thank you for your service. Coordinating military honors, including flag folding detail and taps, conducted by military personnel at a veteran's cemetery.
