My husband and I were switched to this office after our original State Farm office (20+ years relationship) closed due to the death of the owner. These people have been amazing!!! They have answered and responded quickly to EVERY email, phone call...every single request. My husband died earlier this year and I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate their help through every single shift/adjustment during this process. I moved to Georgia a couple of years ago. Justin McCain’s office has been taking care of all my insurance needs since I switched from Geico. Spencer is the absolute best!!! Goes above and beyond with service. Anything I need I know I can count on him. He assists my family with our personal and business needs. Highly recommend this StateFarm office.

Spencer McCain was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was previously on my parents policy and had no idea how car insurance worked. Spencer took the time to explain my coverage options and did not pressure me to work with him. He provided me with a great rate and took the time to see what discounts were available.
