Our Insurance Agency has been using Agency Advantage for years and years and we've referred them to other Agency's. The ease of use really helps throughout our busy day. The reports that can be run help with cross selling and closing out our daily reports. I would definitely consider switching if you haven't already.

In 2003 we were looking for an agency management system that did more than provide access to Acord forms, have a client note section and was not a small fortune. We met Tom at an agent trade show and he introduced us to Agency Advantage. What Tom showed me was a “true” agency management program that included complete client profiles, policy information, accounting, marketing and commission reconciliation without an upfront cost of $5,000 or $10,000! Agency Advantage is a great tool for our office. It's an electronic customer file on steroids with the ability to text and email our clients, attach documents, photos, and run reports. Plus it's easy to use.
