Services
Permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing or micro-pigmentation, is when an artist uses tattooing techniques to apply designs that resemble makeup. Eyeliner, lip liner, full lip color, birthmarks, freckles and eyebrows are some areas that permanent makeup is traditionally applied to. The result of permanent makeup is to enhance facial features that would typically be done with our everyday makeup.
Glamology Ink offers permanent makeup services at our salon in Albuquerque. We provide stunning beauty alternatives to traditional makeup routines-our permanent makeup will allow you to save time and money you would have spent on conventional cosmetics. Cosmetic tattooing can benefit those who, due to impaired motor skills, skin allergies, pigmentation conditions, or simply a lack of time, find typical makeup methods challenging or inconvenient.
Eyelash Enhancement - We tattoo dots through the lash line giving a subtle yet fuller appearance to the eyelashes. Eyeliner Top OR Bottom - We cosmetically tattoo color to the top, bottom, or both lash lines for a bolder or more defined appearance. Microblading - We use a hand tool with a blade made up of tiny needles along with permanent makeup pigment to etch fine, hairlike strokes into the natural brow line.
Microblading, is a relatively new, manual method of permanent makeup for eyebrow enhancement. It is done using a handheld tool with a very fine needle grouping to deposit pigment into the dermis. Because the color is closer to the surface, the strokes appear crisp and very fine. When done correctly and on ideal skin types there is no spreading under the skin.

I had my brows done here and the first day they looked great, however they didn’t stay. By the time I had my touch up appt the right brow was completely gone and the left was super patchy. I was told it was because I had gotten the Covid vaccine. I wasn’t upset about it because she did go back over them and told me if they didn’t last this time to call back and they would go over them again if needed. Well once they healed they were very patchy again. I tried calling several times and even tried emailing with no response. I got my brows done thinking that I’d be saving time getting ready
