I had my appointment with Dao and it was my first time getting a tattoo, let alone my first time getting my brows microshaded. So I was a little nervous but Dao made me feel so comfortable!

Dao got started right away when I arrived to the appointment. First she measured and mapped out my brows; then she filled them in with a brow pencil. I got to see the color and shape of my brows before Dao tattooed them. This step of the appointment was the longest yet the most crucial. I trusted Dao's professional judgement, opinions, and attention to details, so I was happy with the outline! However

I initially was very persistent wanting Dao to do my brows because I was so self determined I didn’t want anyone else but I thought to myself the heck this is her company of course she chooses the right people to work with her so I booked with Lisa my eyebrows are perfect and I am now so self confident I never walked outside without my brows being done! Dao and Lisa are absolutely amazing and so professional. I initially went in as a model for a student, they explained every step to me and were so thorough. For my touch-up, I scheduled with Dao who is… absolutely incredible at what she does. It seemed so fast and effortless and I’m officially obsessed. She sends you home with no questions about aftercare or future scheduling. She’s always available to answer questions and always so kind, 1000% recommend. The picture speak for themselves!

I have to say that I'm beyond upset with the way things were handled with Dao Brows and myself. I waited years and saved up a lot of money to go to this facility to have my brows done because the reviews were nothing short is spectacular.
I paid $500 for my initial visit, then $100 for my 6 week touch up. For this price I believe it's more than fair to ask for perfection, that's that's not what I got.
I expressed my concerns on my first visit to Lisa who did my brows that one side had more microblading than the other and that they were too thin for my liking and she said she would fix it next

I really love how their response to this was you forgot to post your before... of course my before is going to be horrible because I didn't have brows before! That's just a ridiculous response. I was in no way shape or form rude when talking with them. Yes they offered for Lisa to fix them free of charge and I said can Dao please over see the appointment with Lisa to make sure that everything goes well and then Dao TOOK BACK her offer and firing me as a client. I was more than willing to have Lisa fix them I just wanted Dao to watch over as she

Dao is amazing. I live in Phoenix, AZ and traveled to NM. Your face is important, brows are an investment. Don't settle for just anyone. Dao is a master at her craft. After a LOT of research and Instagram stalking, I knew this was the girl I had to see. She was already booking out about 3 months but it was worth the wait. I thought about just getting microblading, but after consulting with her, I trusted her professional opinion that I would prefer the powder ombré look, since I was shading my poorly shaped brows anyways. I had thick brows to begin with, but scars never let me shape to my liking and make up always smudged off mid day. I also got eyeliner and the lip blush.

Dao is an absolute miracle worker! Not only did I come to her with barely any brow hair to work with but I was also annoyingly clueless about the shape. She provided expert guidance and made me feel completely at ease. She is meticulous in her work which is exactly what you want when getting something semi-permanent applied to your face.

I originally thought the aftercare would be tough to manage but it ended up being much less of a nuisance than I had imagined. As long as you follow the simple instructions, the healing process can be a breeze and goes by quickly.

Dao is amazing at what she does! I love my new brows and get compliments on them all the time. I was a little nervous going into my first appointment, but Dao puts you at ease.
