Services
This year, will be my 30th year in practice in Southwest Florida. I have been taking care of my patients of all ages, from paediatrics to geriatrics: keeping them all healthy, teaching them how to maintain good health, and providing multiple services in one place for diagnostics and treatment. It has been an honor, privilege and my pleasure to have been here and available for my patients always making myself reachable or accessible to them.
Joseph Richichi is committed to continuous, comprehensive, compassionate, and personal care of his patients through every life stage. He combines caring for the entire family with accessible, one-stop primary health care to families and individuals of all ages. Both acute and long-term health conditions are addressed with a focus on prevention as the best foundation to keep your family healthy and active.
The following is a summary of insurance plans we participate with and is subject to change without notice. If we do not participate with your insurance company, we will courtesy file and collect the deductible/co-payments at the time of service. Past due accounts are subject to attorney's fees, court costs, and other costs of collection.
The 2012-2013 flu season started early and activity remains high in the United States. This may continue for awhile. With that in mind, there are steps you can take to protect yourself and your family from getting the flu. CDC recommends a 3-step approach to fighting influenza. As always, get a flu vaccine shot every year.

Dr. Richchi, & Daniel Gumina, are both outstanding healthcare professionals. The office staff is very receptive & thorough. Being a healthcare professional myself, I am aware of more aspects than the average patient, & when I tell you that they surpass everything, such as customer service, effective, holistic & timely care for their patients you are getting a professional opinion. One example, when I was at work, taking care of my patient, unbeknownst to me this was also Dr. Richchi's patient. Dr. Richchi called me up regarding this patient even though the hospital uses

My mother was one of Dr. Richichi's first patients in the Naples office and has had good health care and sound advice. She still sees him in his Naples office. I too am a patient and have been for at least 15 years. Great caring staff, very helpful. One of the nurses or staff always get back to me with questions or concerns left on voice mail. I too am still a patient.

Dr Richichi is by far the best primary care physician!! The culture of the entire organization is truly top notch, and professional with an emphasis on personal care. The medical staff keeps you completely informed and always goes over any and all medical options that may be available.
I could not ask for a better practice for addressing any of my medical needs.
The P.A.'s, the nurses, and the reception all do there jobs well, and are happy to assist you with any questions you may have, even over the phone.

After almost 20 years of having Dr. Richichi as my primary doctor, me and my husband were discharged for disputing fee's for 2 missed appointments that we had no idea were even scheduled. The office manager, Jason, has no idea how to run a business and when gets a complain, he continues to say how he is the doctors son as if that make it any better. This place can't keep a staff so make sure you don't get too attached to any of the nurses or PA's. Also, they will treat you like a drug addict when you ask for medication refills. Don't even bother using the after hours number

Dr. Richichi has been my physician for 25 years. He also treated my parents and brothers, and will soon be seeing my children as well. He has always listened thoroughly, and considers family history and external factors in assessing my health and treatment. For instance, I'm a musician who gigged regularly for 30 years. Dr. Richichi was always able to help me through colds and other illnesses in a way that allowed me to perform and sing. His personal approach is what every patient should receive, and I consider myself lucky to have him.
