Sadly 0 stars isn't an option. My power has been going out constantly. Up to 3-4 times a day. The breaker is in one of my roommates rooms (huge design flaw) and whenever she's not here I have to call maintenance. Never have I ever seen a maintenance staff run so slow. The on call always "forgets" they're supposed to be working. It's ridiculous. They're very friendly but don't come up here smiling in my face when you just took 3 hours to come do your job.

I just started living at West 22 this past semester. If you are new to college and are looking for a place to live that is reasonable in price, then this is a great for you. The apartments are clean and very nice. Everything is up to date in the apartments.Everything is included in your rent, and your apartment also comes furnished! West 22 also has a pool, gym, volleyball court, basketball court, tanning bed, pool table, and more! They also always make sure to host special things for residents, such as giving away Chic Fil A biscuits in the morning, hosting a pizza night, etc. They also offer

West 22 is a great place to live for many reasons. The apartments are nice and clean, lots of amazing amenities are offered, the office staff is great and always willing to help, and residents are treated extremely well. I have not been disappointed once by the staff or the maintenance crew. Jordan is an asset to their team and she has helped me several times. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. Other apartment complexes do not compare to West 22 and I would highly recommend living here!!

First off, when I lived here, west 22 would incentivize 5 start review by doing give aways, so don’t always believe what you see as a 5 star review. I lived there last year, and it was quite the experience. Walls had cracks, couches and barstools were damaged, and carpets were stained prior to moving in. Gates don’t work 90% of the time which can explain the higher rates of vandalism and theft going on inside. Had to call maintenance multiples times because the WiFi and tv wouldn’t work. Another case was when our sink caved in and fell off the kitchen. The maintenance worker just shoved a

This is now my second year living here and I absolutely love it. I love doing my school work in the clubhouse and then chilling in the hammocks when I’m done. Also having a bus that goes to school is extremely convenient and saves you money. No apartment complex will ever be perfect but West 22 does everything they can to be.

If you had nowhere else to go, and this was the last option, do not come here.I came on a tour and it looked like a great option but Move-in was awful with the fact that it was so much damage in my bedroom alone. There was countless bugs just roaming around in my room and even a dead bug on my wall. I asked for a clean/ neat environment on my roommate application and and got the COMPLETE opposite. Me and my mom sent in countless emails asking for stuff like him to be removed from my carpet and was even told it was removed. Yet, it’s still here! It’s so many other little The internet is awful

This is my second year living here. West 22 is a total waste of money. They charge you ridiculous amounts of fees and overages all year, which means I’m paying basically $860+ every month. On top of that, gates are broken all the time. People break into cars and then they ‘increase security’ which is just a guy standing in the front parking lot. Prepare for your dishwasher, laundry machines, and any other appliances to constantly break due to them being cheap appliances and never getting fully fixed. If you use the West Gym, prepare for it to be 85 degrees in there and for half of the equipment

Hands down the worst place i have ever lived at. It’s absolutely disgusting and rowdy and way over priced. I live in a manor that was $800 a month which was destroyed by a previous fraternity who lived there and the maintenance did absolutely nothing to clean or fix the problems. Ice makers didn’t work, there was egg stained all over the house, the courtyard looked like a ghetto. West 22 reminded me a bit of Afghanistan. There are MANY MORE nicer apartment complexes to spend your money on, do not live here!

Overall, the process of signing the lease at West22 was super easy and stress free. The management was responsive and helped me in anyway they could. One of the staff members in particular, Kobe Overton, was the biggest help. Kobe was super nice and helped me with everything I needed and made the process of moving super easy!!

Way too many complaints about this place, just been waiting for this day. They don't pick up your trash. They will proceed to email you with a PICTURE of it saying they will fine you. The gate breaks at least once a month and takes multiple days to fix it. Roomates cars were broken into TWICE within two months. Nothing was done about it. The glass was just left there. Will charge you for absolutely anything they can. There was furniture in my courtyard at the time I moved in (obviously from previous owners) and they took photos of it, sent to me, and said they were going to charge me for

17 trash bags from the last week and a half that have not been picked up. All of us have called many times & keep getting told they will talk to someone or we will be put on a list. It smells and attracts bugs. We are sick of walking past it. With the weather they start to rip and get so nasty. Apparently their trash guy who comes everyday isn't answering their calls but it's just getting ridiculous at this point. They say they'll come and pick it up but never do.

I am currently a senior at KSU and have lived at 5 different apartment complexes in Kennesaw and can easily say that West 22 is by far the worst of the worst. It's difficult to even figure out where to begin.
There has been 38 car break ins over the last 3 months and that number is not exaggerated. I had 4 of my friends wake up to their car windows shattered and valuables stolen. West 22 has done absolutely nothing in response to the mass resident complaints. They don't even bother cleaning up the glass from all of the shattered car windows as you can see the piles of glass as you drive around

West 22 is the biggest waste of money. Save yourself the time, stress and money and live at The Retreat Kennesaw. I paid $250 in the fall for my pet and since I didn't fill out any paper work for her (mind you, no one informed me that I needed to) I had to pay an additional $250 in the spring since the paperwork wasn't filled out. That's $500 for a pet... unheard of. The assistant general manager Toni is awful. The quality of the apartments, cottages and manors are disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Do not live here.

Probably one of the worst places to live. My electric went out about 4 times a week. The front desk are rude. Maintenance makes a MESS of your stuff when they "fix" whatever they're supposed to fix. Which is probably five times a week because West 22 has the WORST appliances. The place was basically built by bob the builder. Or Garden gnomes. They closed down the amenities for MONTHS and never reimbursed. Absolutely no counter space. Disgusting furniture. 0 out of 10 would never recommend

Highly upset because during this entire pandemic they weren't willing to work with any residents who need to get out of their leases to move back home. You would think they would be understanding, but instead they continue to make us pay nearly $800/mo for what? Can't use any amentities, won't even come out and fix our broken garbage disposal. Pretty irritating that i have to pay this much to literally sit in my room and they won't let us get out of the lease for free because of this national state of emergency. On top of that, the office employees aren't the most friendly

This apartment complex is decent. When you come, don't expect the model shown to you during the tour to look like your actual apartment. When I moved in, the carpet in my room was dirty, cobb webs were on the ceiling, blinds were not in the best condition, and the ceiling fan had not been dusted. The room also reeked of smoke and there are small burnt holes in certain spots on the carpet.
Also, they could upgrade the cable and update the furniture in the living room.
West 22 doesn't include your gate code for visitors, mail box number or a channel guide list in your welcome packet

I've lived at west for one year and I resigned my lease for a second. Overall it's a pretty nice apartment and includes literally everything in the rent- cable, wifi, utilities, valet trash pickup etc. I've never had a problem with management and maintenance is always quick and helpful. The only downside is the other people who live here. No one picks up after their dogs and trash is often left outside of cars and in walkways throughout the apartment buildings. People are always blasting music and it's fine during the day but at like 2-3am... cmon. I would still recommend living

If there was an option for no stars I would give west 22 no stars. Before I leased here, I read the reviews and most of them were bad but I thought there people were over exaggerating but they really weren't. Please heath my warning DO NOT LEASE HERE!! Normally I don't write reviews but it has been a really bad experience for me living here at west 22. All they want is your money. My roommates and I are barely ever home and we'll find our rent being 780-790 when we're barely even home to use electricity or any amenities. My roommate got a dog and they fined me for it, i tried

The worst complex ive ever been to. Maintenance people let them selfs into the apartment to clean an empty room that was about to be rehoused and tracked muddy footprints, they broke something glass on the floor and half assed cleaned it up, left their dirty coffee cups in the kitchen and left the door unlocked for anyone to make themselves welcome. The gates are always broken allowing anyone to come in as they please which causes all of the tenant spots to be taken by guests. There are only 20 guest spots for the entire huge complex. Ants and roaches, the hallways are disgusting and dirty. Overall

Worst college apartment experience of all time. Literally the only good things are the trash service and pool. For the entire apartment complex, there's about 15 visitor parking spaces. Over the summer, all of our roommates have moved, there's about 40 cars total in the parking lot, the rest is empty spots, but the entire visitor section is filled and is overflowing onto the street. Parked my car outside for about an hour and now have to deal with an $175 towing fee and a missed day of work. If you are going to enforce the decal parking, at least make enough visitor spots for "a

Horrible. Worst management I've ever dealt with. If you're a parent, don't sign a lease here for your child. In my 46 years on this earth, I have never had such a bad experience with any rental company. As the parent of a student living there, and the guarantor on the lease as well as the person who pays the rent each month, I do not recommend anyone live there. The office staff is not helpful at all, gave my daughter a fine for a pet she didn't have, and had her rental car towed because the temporary parking pass was expired by 1 day, costing us $125 (as if having to deal
