This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
We have partnered with Apartments.com to offer 3D virtual tours. It's the little things-like the option for a private patio. But it's also the big things. Like a tot lot for the kids to play, a pet-friendly atmosphere, and a pool for summer fun. You could imagine your new home at Lakeside Vista, but you don't have to.

Based on my experience I can not recommend this place you will wake up every morning to outside noise beeping noises from the maintenence carts annoying. The apartments are poorly constructed water marks around windows, extremely cheap thin walls, and horrible window installation so you will hear the tiniest fraction of noise. The interior of the apartments are so old, and disgusting that it's insulting literally the toilets, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher are extremely old, doesn't function properly and makes noise so bad it's embarrassing. The experience at Lakeside Vista has been fine until recently. Since the start of summer, the air conditioning has been broken 7 times! I have called about it each time and every time they send someone out to fix it, it breaks again within two days. They have not offered any explanation or anything for the inconvenience. I have two young children and the condition of the apartment is unbearable throughout the day and night! My daughter is asthmatic and we have to stay out of the apartment just get relief for her. I’m not sure if it is the new management team or not but the recent change in quality

Over all the is a great place to stay the office staff is very nice, however Bridget always get the job done. I would say the only problem I have with the complex is the ground area which the trash and mailbox area could be kept up better than it is. Since the new company have taking over the complex looking like it's going down, we as tenants was promise that fairfield was going to improve the complex
