Pamela (Pam) Cruse was an exceptional help with the entire move out process. Although this sounds pretty short seeing as we were moving out, it was only with her help that the process could be completed with little stress. She answered every single question or concern I had, and I do greatly appreciate her taking the time to respond to my concerns promptly!

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Pam, Melissa, and the rest of the office staff are extremely kind, attentive and always address my needs or concerns. I would also like to thank the maintenance staff who respond quickly and work diligently to fix the problem.

I have loved living here so far! The office staff is very professional and responsive, especially Pam! She has been very helpful during our stay here.
The gym has a lot of amenities and maintenance responds very quickly if there is ever an issue compared to other places i’ve experienced. Definitely recommend!

Positive: Value
Overall, it was a good experience. I just wish that there had been some way to better maintain and upgrade the apartment (paint, appliances). Also, the rent increased a lot more than I expected for the coming year.

I lived there my last two years at KSU and my roommate and I loved it. It's walking (about 30 min walking) distance from campus and we loved having it as our home for two years. We graduated May 2020 and didn't move out until July 2020. I felt safe there during quarantine. Definitely a great option for KSU students looking to be less around the party scene.

As far as apartments go, the management here at TownPark Crossing is pretty awesome. They've been willing to listen and respond to just about any issues we've had over the past three years. All maintenance requests we've had were prompt and satisfactory, despite one instance when our upper-neighbors had a water leak and we had to wait about an hour to get an emergency tech out. This issue was an outlier.
As with most apartments, there's mold. Unfortunately that's the reason I'm rating four stars instead of five. The mold problem here can be really hard on someone who is particularly sensitive

I’ve lived here for two years now. No problems for most of this time. Seems there were a lot of staff changes.
For the entire month of April 2021 I have not had functioning AC. I called it in every single week and within 48 hours the “repairs” would fail and the AC would go out.
Every time maintenance would swing by, they would just accuse me of having the AC too low (68°) and tell me that it froze the coils etc etc.
Earlier this week, going into almost 6 weeks of this issue, the most recent maintenance guy we dealt with, told us that it was actually the outside unit that was malfunctioning

My family had a unusual circumstance that involved the purchase of a house fall through 3 days before close and had only 7 days to find a place to live before our old lease ran out in a really horrible apparent. The staff here at TownPark was so helpful and so kind in expediting our application and making the place available literally in the final hours. That apartment is super nice, very clean, and the neighborhood seems to be much more peaceful than we have been living in. I highly recommend TownPark Crossing to be your home long or short term.

This was by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I finally left after their rodent issue. Management was slow to react and allowed the problem to get worst. They ignored me when I first told them about the rodents. It was over a month before the fixed the issue. The rodents chewed through the sprinkler system and caused leaks everywhere. Everything was wet. During repairs, the best they could do was leave us to sleep with a giant hole in the ceiling covered with plastic. We could still hear the rodent running on the plastic at night and could hardly sleep. The problem got so bad that our

So my husband and I moved here at the worst possible time... Over the past few months, living here has not been fun. Due to covid-19, they have closed the amenities and we are not allowed to use anything here. The whole reason why we picked this apartment is because of the nice gym and pool. I'm playing 1,120 for a one bedroom apartment that is… infested with bugs because they haven't bad anyone come and spray because of quarantine. The front office has been closed for ever now and they are not really giving us any clear answers on when things will be available for us. It is becoming ridiculous

AUG 2018 - This place lacks considerably in the service department for their tenants. My daughter has lived there only 3 weeks. Lots of maintenance problems. The maintenance issues are not getting resolved or on a timely basis. And when they do show up they don’t complete the job. Who snakes a toilet or sink and leaves the disgusting remnants behind from the prior tenant for the current tenant to clean up???

My roommate and I had problems from the day we moved in. The “renovated” apartment had broken toilets, a broken oven, a leaking sink and that was just the first day. Our work order list is a mile long and everything being “fixed” is temporary. Our apartment flooded three different times and caused water damage. They messed up our legal documents… so instead of signing a 7 month lease (like we were supposed to and under the impression we were) we were told that we in fact had signed a 12 month lease and were forced to stay. Overall horrible place and unless you have

I will NEVER live here again. I can't wait until I move out in November and while the place is certainly not worth the charge for breaking my lease which you know they are going to charge, as they 'fee' you to death, I'm seriously considering it. I moved in because the community is nice and the apartments are decent but have been THUROUGHLY… unsatisfied with the attention the office pays. Apparently the word of my neighbor is more reliable than mine. Not a way to keep a GREAT tenant as I have NEVER had a complaint from any place I have lived in the past.
