I've been shopping for soccer gear for my son at Suley's for about 5 years. This store is very specialized to the soccer players needs. I doubt if there is another store in the area that can compete with them for what they offer as far as selection of cleats, jerseys, shin guards, socks, etc. Today I got a great deal on a pair of Nike Phantom cleats $72! We needed them in a pinch and were glad to get them so inexpensively, last minute. He even got a 10% Team discount that we also didn't expect. We arrived later in the day on Saturday and the store looked pretty busy, but we hardly stepped in the door when a high school student asked if they could help us. I explained our needs and she helped us find everything we needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and chatted with my son about what he needed. He also mentioned a few other things that he wanted as well, but when I explained buying shoes, guards and socks was enough for now, our helpful clerk mentioned she had to wait for some of the items herself. The worst customer service I have ever received at a store. We went to Suley's Soccer Center to get cleats, shin guards and a size 1 soccer ball for my son. When you enter the store you are see the signs on the doors, walls and fixtures in the store telling you not to get sized in their store and then order your cleats online.
The store is a mess. The wall has cleats on it, but there are no prices on any of the cleats. The prices are very high. You have to search through boxes to see what is in each one.

I made the mistake of ordering turf shoes from this company on Amazon.
I ordered size 13 shoes and they were too big (they were not true to size, which I confirmed by comparing them to size 14 of another shoe, and they were the same size). Despite the fact that they did not fit because they were not true to size, they required me to pay return shipping to exchange for a smaller size. Before I did so, I told them that I wanted to exchange for a size 12, and they said "no worries."
After I paid to return the shoes, I got a message from them that the size 12 shoes were out of stock. I would not

We have always believed in supporting locally and had purchased a pair of Nike cleats for our 15-year-old that were $210 . Within two weeks they started splitting at the sole we contacted Sully's and went down this past Saturday there were four employees working we handed the person the cleats she obviously saw the issue and said she had to call the manager. After over 15 minute she came back and said because it's past the two week return policy we could either come back Sunday when the manager was in or return them directly to Nike. we had traveled 30+ minutes and could not believe with four people

Had to stop here to pick up a pair of socks enroute to a WPSL game in the Manchester area. Classic case of daughter forgot her socks - you'd think that wouldn't happen at this point but noooooo. The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful. As far as socks go, they stocked ample inventory of both Adidas and Nike goods in both youth and adult sizes. The socks were priced $1 less than what they retail for in the Boston area. I couldn't help but notice that they carried a nice selection of shoes, as well as European and International team gear.
