My husband and I have always heard George's was the place to buy the perfect suit! This morning we were excited to venture in for the George's experience! Perhaps we set our expectations too high. The woman employee hastily unlocked the door, didn't open to greet us and took off to the back of the store. The male employee, appearing knowledgeable of sizes, helped my husband to the limited selection they had to choose from. The suit jackets, while classic, all appeared extremely outdated. Customer service had much to be desired as the other men, who were in the store, also commented on as we raised

Sandy the associate was the most unprofessional and unknowledgeable associate I have ever seen. We walked in and after waiting for a few minutes she asked if we had been helped, I said no, she proceeded to tell us to wait. When another worker saw us he directed Sandy to help us. While we knew the Color and style of the suit we didn’t know if we should rent or buy and really wanted to try on a few different styles. Instead of helping us and teaching us she asked if we “needed time alone.” We then said renting was fine, but questioned slim fit. She looked at us and said honestly you don’t

I cannot say enough good things about George’s Apparel. They were able to get my fiancé a suit within 24 hours when my fiancé was in the wedding party and miscommunication between him and the bridal party led to my fiancé not having his suit the DAY BEFORE the wedding. When the suit arrived the day of the wedding, the suit fit absolutely perfect with spot on measurements. If you’re thinking about going to Men’s Wearhouse over this location, you better think twice. We were in need of a last minute suit for my brother in law’s funeral. After striking out at men’s wear house and Macy’s we called George’s 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and explained our predicament.
