I have a Bachelor in Exercise and Science and I have been working as a trainer for over 4 years. I am experienced with working with many different clients from my internship at a therapy clinic, school, and personal training at LA Fitness. I have helped over 100 different clients with weight loss, pain management, muscle gain and improvement of overall health.

Blown away at the professionalism and quality of Quantum Physiques. Quan is really amazing, my first session he gave me such great advice and helped give me the little push I needed to make a change and start reaching my fitness goals. He is so positive and helps you plan out each step to meet the goals you want to accomplish and teaches you the healthy lifestyle habits which will last you a lifetime! Quan is such an amazing trainer, you won’t regret letting him train you! I used to have really bad pain in my back/shoulder/neck area and he’s really helped relieve the stress with the exercises and treatment he’s provided. I have been with Quan for about 2.5 yrs for a personal training. I love his dedication and individual commitments he shows his clients. I have seen amazing results over the years and fun part about his classes is the pressure-point massage he gives which removes the knots and feels good on those joints. I have been working with Quan for almost a year. He setup a workout plan as well as a diet plan to help me reach my goals. He is in tune with his clients and does an excellent job of listening so the plans can be revised as needed. I like the attention I get from Quan when I work with him. So many trainers seem to not be interested. If you are looking for a well qualified trainer look no further than Quan. I think you will be pleased.

Very happy to have Quan as a trainer, because he really cares and takes care of his clients, I have had great advances with him, I have learned many things since he trains me, he has helped me a lot in my muscular pains They came to me as a result of exercising without a guide, he is being teaching me to take care of my body by doing the exercises correctly !!! For many years I have been looking to improve my physical condition and build my fitness body, but the only thing I've get was to hurt my joints, tendonitis in addition to frequent problems with my lower back,

I never went to a gym before I started training with Quan. So I literally started at level 0. I had a history of injuries and did no physical activity for over a year. Quan helped me build strength, we worked around my previous injuries and now I'm happy that I'm stronger and fit. He also helped me fix my diet. It was great training with you Quan. Thank you!

I took a weightlifting class in high school where I learn the basics of weightlifting and for years I followed the same routine which kept me slim and fit but not to muscular. So signed up for a personal training session with Quan so that I could get professional feedback and tips. Learned so much on that first day that I made the decision to sign up for a 6 month plan with Quan, and after those six months I saw a huge change in my muscle tone and loss of body fat. I High recommend Quan if you're looking for a personal trainer.

Hi my name is Lissa, I am 57 year young. I've progress from barely being able to workout less than half an hour twice a week to easily being able to workout 4 times a week for an hour. Quan has helped lose over 30lbs and 2 dress size down. Quan keeps the exercise program interesting and engaging and I look forward to my next session.
