Lifestyle Performance Training has been delivering results since we opened in 2011. Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers. John Winters has been a personal trainer and health coach since 2002.
He has a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and completed training in life coaching and holistic nutrition at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.His experience and knowledge with weight loss is not just professional, its personal.

We offer exercise plans customized to your goals and developed based on your physical abilities. We focus on helping you to implement healthy eating into your lifestyle with a realistic and step by step approach to make easier to sustain and maintain success. Decreasing health risks like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and many more.
My first training went really well and John made working out at the gym fun. John has had years of college education on muscles physiology and years of personal training. He is a strong believer of having a strong core muscle and most of his work out will incorporate the core so matter what muscles you are focusing that day.

I first started here after following a friend's amazing transformation on FB. I came in with a lingering knee injury and a long list of things I couldn't do anymore, but after a couple months of working with John, we had rehab'd my injury-related weakness and bad form and I gained overall strength and definition. I really appreciate that the vibe is professional and focused because so many other studios feel more like dance clubs or dating scenes, which is not what I am going for with my limited time and money. Highly recommend if you're serious about investing in your health.
