The Body Firm mission is to provide each of our clients with the most proven methods to burn body fat, gain lean muscle and a better quality of life at any age, size or ability level. Body Firm offers customized, private and semi-private training sessions with a primary focus on corrective, functional exercise for all fitness levels - beginner/intermediate to advanced/sport specific.

Unlimited cardio workouts on a full line of commercial-grade equipment are included with any personal training membership or package. Choose from a flexible monthly membership or session package that best suits your specific goals and scheduling needs at an affordable rate. We offer a New Client Trial package for anyone new to personal training.
Services
Collectively The Thompson's have over 40 years of experience in the fitness industry. They are very passionate about functional, corrective exercise in a professional, non-intimidating atmosphere. Along with their outsatanding team of certified personal trainers, the Thompson's seek to educate and motivate each client to reach their individual fitness best.
Wings are a classic finger food to enjoy while kicking back with friends and family to enjoy game day. The crazy thing is that most. You can use dried cherries in place of the cranberries and/or use another flavor of protein powder to alter the taste of these bars. Coleslaw mix-a combination of shredded cabbage and carrots-makes this healthy lunch salad recipe quick to prepare.

After years of hearing my ex rave about this place I finally went in, signed up, and gave it a try. Why did I wait so long?! I love it. The trainers are great and provide encouragement every step of the way. The individualized training program is just perfect - difficult but not to the point where I cannot move the next day. After 6 weeks I'm losing weight, sleeping better, and seeing a difference when I bike and run. I can not recommend THe Body Firm highly enough!

My husband and I have been going to the body firm for about a month now. This isn't a "gym", it's a place of motivation, health, and encouragement to get and stay healthy. They do private and semi private training sessions, we only do the semi. Every trainer is knowledgeable and up beat, you never feel like you're in a boot camp and all of your sessions are customized. We're already seeing weightloss, strength and balance results. If you want to lose weight or meet goals, this is the right place.

Suggested to me by my physical therapist. The knowledge base of Doug, one of the owners, along with his wife, is amazing. He challenges you but takes into account any past injuries and concerns you might have. Helps everyone, no matter your age or the shape your in. Worth every penny.

I have been working out at The Body Firm for 4 years and am very pleased with improvements toward my goals. Everything is easier with a strong core! My yoga practice and dance classes are enhanced with balance, stamina and strength.
Owner Doug tailors each workout for individual goals, injuries or limitations. All the trainers are excellent in providing a fun workout and keeping an eye on form. Owners Doug and Tori, as well as every trainer, are always available for advice concerning alleviating injury pain and extra stretching. Diet consultations are also available.

The absolute best people and facility with a small amount of clients during a session for a very focused and productive workout!
Doug, Benny and Shannon are all amazing and have the talent, skills and expertise to assure my time is tailored just to my needs which has greatly helped me attain the health results I need to have a productive life!

I started going to the Body Firm just to complement my gym workouts. I liked it so much that this will be my 3rd year working out with them. The training staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the workouts are constantly changing and tailored to one's needs, and the prices are economical.

This spacious gym has everything you need, all wrapped into one. You're immediately greeted by friendly staff when you walk in the door. All the trainers are very knowledgable about diet and physiology and are constantly switching things up. The positive attitude are awesome and really help to keep you on track, motivated and excited (even for a 5 am workout)! I feel awesome, fantastic, wonderful, amazing, inside and out!

Great Semi Personal Training Gym at a very convenient location. I have been going on/off over the past 2 years and love it. I tend to have difficulty with motivation in working out consistently - I would highly recommend joining and participating in the Weight Loss challenges they have several times a year. The trainers are all very professional and friendly and enjoy working with each one of them.

I love this place! I was able to get one on one training from people that KNOW what they're doing. Through my workouts and nutrition plan, I lost 45 lbs and most importantly learned how to live a healthy lifestyle. I owe a ton to The Body Firm and its trainers.
