How is this place even still in business? They never open on time, and close when they want. Trash all over the place, brushes missing parts, half the soap and spray nozzles don't work. Place looks run down and I don't think it has been there that long. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Never know when it's open. Closed half the time you go there when website says it's open. No direct number to this store. Somtimes zero soap is used going thru and half the water nozzles don't work and some of the rollers missing brushes. Used to be good place. Worth the money and effort to go somewhere else. Stay away.

I have a monthly. Ember ship here for about 6 months. Only one lane has been open the entire time and is down for maintenance too often. Vacuums are free but always crowded due to many of them not working. The car wash itself is very poor. I often go through twice a visit to try to get my vehicle clean. Still have to rub spots off of it. I keep my vehicle very clean and the only reason I stay with them is because of the convenient location. I had a pass at Savannah car wash for a couple of months, but just couldn’t use it as often because it was further away. The service and wash at Savannah

I use to go here all the time to wash my SUV. I purchased the membership as I saw it as the best value. However after going to wash my car several times and it was either closed or not working properly I decided to cancel my membership as there are two other car washes that were closer to my home. However after canceling I was still charged. So I contacted them again and was told I would be refunded and someone from customer service will contact me. It’s been three weeks and still no refund or call. So I contacted them again. Let’s see if I get a response this time.

The attendants all seem to be cordial and attentive. However, only one of the two lanes has been working for quite a while. Many of the vacuums are missing vacuum attachments and are unusable. Some vacuums have attachments, but after you get out of your vehicle and you try to use them, you find out they aren't working.

This used to be a good place. They must have sold it and who ever has it now obviously doesn’t care about the customer. It has went downhill trashy I noticed your soap is different less chemical going on the car. I canceled my membership what a shame it was a good place at one time.

When they first opened this place was the best.
Took my white mid size SUV through 2 weeks ago, $20.00 wash no soap dispensed. I shrugged it off. Yesterday, 10/2/21, returned same car and did the $12.00 wash. Still no soap dispensed, the whole passenger side was dry when the first rotating brushes engaged the car. One star because they refunded the $12.00 with no questions asked. You won't stay in business with this quality.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Came for a simple wash in the spring just to remove pollen, and this has turned into the most frustrating/inconvenient 3 months of my life. While in the car wash something happens with the track, and the car wash starts ramming my sedan into the hitch and back of a big pickup truck. This of course completely damages the grill and front end of my vehicle. The manager on duty has me write out a report, apologizes, states this same situation happened a week prior, its their fault and they would take care of all repairs. Fast forward the body shop now has my car

This is a good car wash. I gave it 4 stars because I prefer a touchless car wash. I think that a drive through car wash with automatic brushes scratch your paint. But I actually prefer to go here because after your wash they give you unlimited time with the vacuum where as most other places make you pay for both. All around good business. Also if there is a big line don't pass by because the line actually moves quite fast.

They are so understaffed it’s ridiculous. It seems to get worse by the day. The kids that work here are hustling but when it’s backed up and there are only two young men running it alone it’s slow. Additionally that means that only one side of your vehicle gets sprayed down. This is definitely my last month as a member.

I have been patronizing this business since they opened. Yesterday I had a horrible experience. While in the wash tunnel, the car in front of me stops and my car was driven into the back of it. The guys working couldn’t offer any reasonable explanation as to how it occurred, all they kept saying is they aren’t reliable for any damages to my… vehicle. I assumed they meant liable, but none the less, I was pissed. I asked why they don’t have sensors to prevent something like this from happening and they said maybe we need to get some. Patrons be ware if your vehicle is damaged

I have been a club member of Paradise Bay car wash since it open and today was the worst surprising experience that I've ever had there. I've never had any issues there even in the small problem situations because they were always resolved so kindly and courteously. today having my worst customer service there surprisingly was made by the owner of… Paradise Bay at least that's how he identified himself. came in the car wash today and it was raining but I did want to vacuum and clean the inside of my car out anyway so I pulled up and proceeded to grab the vacuum cleaner to start vacuuming
