I would recommend this car wash confidently. I have always been satisfied with the service, and I am very pleased with my decision to purchase the unlimited package for my car. Also Natasha has been amazing. With her welcoming, friendly, cheerful, and confident personality she is always a breathe of fresh air as she greets you with positive energy and smile.

The bumper was almost ripped off of my car and there were a few scuffs on the roof of my vehicle. I never get an answer over the phone. It has been exactly 1 week since the incidents and I spoke with them on Wednesday December 15th. Sent an email with pictures, etc. They do not take their customers seriously or respond to emails as professionals. I'm canceling and going to file an insurance claim now. Which sucks for My rate but these people can't be depended on

This place is definitely not what it used to be. Literally were done with my truck in five minutes and when I went out and said wow that was fast the detailed LITERALLY said to me, it’s not perfect but it’s better than it was! Like what!!?!?!! Mud still all over my bumpers and step rails, streaked windows, and they stole money out of my center console that I just discovered today. Classy establishment

Yesterday I took my car in to get a full detail and to get 2 seats cleaned. I was very impressed with the work. That was until I got in my car this evening. My car was covered in frost. So, like usual ran my car for a little while waiting for it to defrost. When it didn't I looked at my windshield and it's got 2 big circles that go up but stop In the middle, and the sides of it as well, and all of my windows are doing the same. For $125 this shouldn't look like this.

I live in Pooler and I went to Savannah Car Wash since it is 10 minutes from my house. I request the $40+ package that cleans in and out of the vehicle. Once they were done, I saw my vehicle and I was disappointed. The windshield had waaaay to many streaks, the interior could have been vacuum better, the outside had a few streaks and the dash was filthy. I was so disappointed that I decided to go somewhere else and pay again for another wash. I went to Auto Shine cause I know they will get the job done. Like always, Auto Shine didn't disappoint me. So we paid $35 and tipped $20 and they did do an ok job. Everyone was nice and friendly but when I drove off I realized they did not do much. They didn't do a very good job on the inside thou and my husband would not let me go back. I really needed the compartments cleaned and it was noticable. I just wish they would have at least gotten the one under the radio. Overall I feel a little cheated but it is what it is.

Paid $200 for a hand wash, complete interior detail, and seat shampoo of my vehicle. Upon arrival, the staff members didn’t even know what I was asking for even though I made my appointment online one week prior and had my email confirmation in hand. Their communication was terrible. When I came to pick up my car, really the only noticeable change was that the seats were shampooed. The inside of the doors and cup holders were not even touched. The windshield still had dead bugs on it. The carpets in the front and passenger seat areas still had debris. I am extremely disappointed and feel like

They are too busy for their own good. A panel was ripper off my car, and none of the employees would grab it for me in the car wash. It took me demanding a manager to get the pice of my car back.

I have been a full service unlimited customer for years and have always used the Berwick location and ALWAYS had phenomenal service. Since they have stopped doing full service, I have used Southside and Pooler several times each. The service is terrible, the interior cleaning is terrible, and the exterior wipe down is terrible at both locations. I… tried multiple times in hope it would get better. Unfortunately both of these locations concentrate on quantity and not the slightest bit on quality. Now I go back to Berwick in hopes of one day when I pull up, they will be back to full service

This particular location is HORRIBLE!!! I am a member of their monthly club and get my car washed frequently. A few weeks ago, as I was entering the car wash, I waited for the signal to put into neutral. I waited and the attendant turned the belt on. He yelled "did you put it in neutral"? And I replied no, but quickly did it. He screamed "you don't even know how to act at a goddamned car wash!" Seriously? That's how you speak to customers??!
Today, as I went thru the car wash, one of the rags wrapped itself around my drivers side mirror and pulled it off. I texted

The car wash is very expensive for the result. If you aren't careful they will sign you up for continuing car washes. The staff is surly. Unfortunately it is the only "full service " car wash in Pooler.

Paid $60 for a detail and they only performed the basics. Missed my windows, console, and didn't wipe the seats. This place is terrible.

Beware. They signed us up for a reoccurring monthly charge without or knowledge or consent. Legally they are required to have a signed authorization for reoccurring charges which they do not have.

Poor job. They didn't even vacuum the back of my car. I don't recommend this place. Never going back

Car was damaged today and I was told to call the police and report it that there was nothing they could do. Pretty sorry you can’t stand behind your work

No not get your car wash here! An employee hit the emergency button because they were behind. We were stuck inside the tunnel of the car wash and had to drive out on our own and did not get the car wash complete and they wouldn’t give us a refund!

Great car wash with caring and professional employees. Raine Jenkins is great and super knowledgeable about the products and services offered. She is very customer focused. Speak with Raine when you need to have your vehicle taken care of.

I got my car cleaned inside and out and it still was full of dirt and had water spots all over my windshield and windows. I do not recommend this place to anyone with a new car who really wants it cleaned. The staff was on their personal phones the whole time and made their professionalism really bad. I repeat I do not recommend this place please take your business to small business car washes for better services.
