I have been in the health and fitness industry as a fitness trainer and holistic coach for over nineteen years. Once I began to heal myself, I was hooked! My passion for helping others started to grow. To this day, my mission is to help as many people as possible to become stronger, more confident, and the best version of themselves.
Practical and functional nutrition! Courtney has always inspired me in the kitchen to come up with recipes that actually work or tweaking recipes from books to make them meet our family's needs. Courtney has also helped with overall fitness and recently the pelvic floor. My low back doesn't hurt anymore and my cramping is more minimal!

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Courtney and her pelvic floor program. After 2 babies, my pelvic floor and core just weren’t the same. To be honest, I was really sick of peeing when I sneezed! Then I met Courtney through a friend and am so grateful. I started training with her privately which was great but then she came out with her at home program which is even better! Courtney has been telling me to try her pelvic floor program for some time and I just kept putting it off.
Wow!! The workouts take some balance but, are well worth the results. I no longer pee when laughing or doing jumping jacks when teach PE.
I highly recommend any and all of her workouts!!!

I didn’t actually purchase Courtney’s program because I had any pelvic floor dysfunction. I bought it because I just sensed that I was weak internally. And the core strength programs I saw out there just didn’t feel like they were getting deep enough to the underlying weaknesses.

Courtney has a knack for figuring out by magic what it is you need to adjust in your posture and overall movement. she's super sweet, well versed in the body, and has a way of making you feel comfortable discussing things that aren't always comfy, like the pelvic floor! I recommend Courtney for physical fitness, body alignment and core/pelvic floor training.

Courtney helped me when I had become hopeless. After having my babies, my vajuniper just wasn't the same. Especially while practicing yoga, my pelvic region was making audible sounds that mortified me. Courtney is so kind and patient. Her pelvic floor workout, along with other workouts, focuses on doing the exercise correctly first and then moving into repetition. Courtney is the most amazing trainer!! She's super knowledgable and has a lot of experience working with pelvic floor issues. After having 2 kids, I was a mess. She totally transformed my body with out a gym and designed a specific workout for me to do on my own. Her style is very different from most trainers, but way better.. a must for any mama!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Courtney!! The exercises she has shown me have really helped me. I had back surgery and 2 kids so my body really needed some help. I'd been to tons of different trainers and physical therapists but none were able to really help me. Then I met Courtney and I am soooo grateful. She trained me a few times a week and showed me easy things I could do by myself at home. Such a sweet, genuine and kind person too. Highly recommend!!!
