Belly Dance 4 Fitness
Located in Agoura Hills and Calabasas and Encino, fun and easy to follow Belly Dance classes. Unlike many other dance styles that work against rather than with the body's physical inclinations, belly dancing is based on movements that come naturally to the female form. This dance form gives women an outlet for creative expression and self discovery.

Benefits include improved posture, increased energy and weight loss. Our students answer this best: Sagit is an excellent instructor! She has the unique ability to teach to many different levels at the same time! All the classes are fun. It's a chance to feel sexy and build confidence while working out.

I've been teaching the art of belly dancing for over 20 years and if you're a women who'd like to learn the art form I'd love to teach you as well. I enjoy every minute of my classes and I think my students to to. Join me at any one of my classes in Sherman Oaks, Encino or Agoura Hills to try out one of my classes.
If you have any questions about my classes, feel free to call from 9:AM-5PM and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. We are conveniently located in three locations throughtout the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County in Encino, Wooldland HIlls and Agoura Hills. We'll respond immedialty.
First time and returning students: A deposit of $25 is required and goes toward your first Introductory and Beginner class - if you wish to register for the entire course you may pay the balance after your first visit. Each class includes a 30 minute step-by-step, easy to follow breakdown for new students and a 60 minute cardio beginners class. This session does not require previous experience in dance, coordination or rhythm. We'll get you dancing in the first class!

You will learn more than thirty authentic, beautiful belly dance Egyptian style movements in a fun, low impact cardio workout that will tone your body with movements that focus on your abs, hips and arms and give you flexibility and grace.This ancient dance will put you in touch with your sensual feminine nature and it will improve your posture as well.

Sagit is amazing! She is graceful and professional. Great way to get back in shape and learn new dance moves with tons of fun. It's been 3 weeks since I started and I can't wait for my next class.

Sagit really has a fun class. Easy to follow for beginners and great for intermediate/advanced students, as she has some beautiful moves. I'm really enjoying these classes, a very good workout, fun music and the pace keeps moving. As with anything, practice makes perfect, but for anyone looking for a non-aerobic workout, this is definitely it!
