I was moved over to this agent when my old agent (for years and years) left state farm. I didn't realize the issues I would have until the last few months. #1 my basement flooded. Called to start a claim. The agent called me once when I was unavailable. I called him back half a dozen times and sent emails. Never heard back from anyone. I ended up just paying for the repairs out of pocket. Now this 2nd issue. I've had many different insurance companies since moving to Utah 4 1/2 years ago. I dealt with state farm since 1996 but have had others after moving to Utah. None have impressed me as much as Cinthya's branch. She has the most wonderful responsive team. I have two cars so I work them hard changing coverage constantly. Connie at the office is so nice and sweet. Such a pleasant person to talk to. She handles my changes and is always perfect. Never gets anything wrong. My bills are affordable and State Farm never hides from you if something happens. They are legit. You get what your coverage is and

I cannot recommend this agency enough! They were extremely helpful and quick, even with all of my questions. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life! They never return phone calls. Don’t return emails. Never ever answer their phone. We got moved to her when our old State Farm agent retired and I never knew how good we had it before. 6 weeks ago I called to ask how I submit a receipt for a tow, and they gave me an exact number and told me to text them a picture. I called them yesterday to see where the refund check was and why it was taking so long and shockingly they answered. Found out that whoever gave me the number was wrong and zero had been done about getting us the

Check sent to me was voided because of their mistake. And they didn't do anything to help so I was charged by the bank.
Recently got a phone call after I stopped using their insurance for 6 months. In the call they asked me to pay 600 dollars for the insurance I didn't use for the past half year.
