It was really frustrating how Rick didn't do much for me. He could have told me long time ago, back in December that State Farm does not write SR 22 Policies. I gave plenty of notice that I wanted to add an SR 22 to prevent my License from getting suspended and I think either Rick Aleman the Agent or Josh lied about my license needing to get suspended. I didn't like how I couldn't talk to the Underwriter directly and after about three weeks of doing a lot of running around and phone calls, I was informed by one of Rick's employees that the Underwriter declined to file an SR 22, even though another

I had been with the same wonderful agent at another agency for many years and I did not want to switch but found myself needing a new agency. These guys we're quick to respond, kind, and very thorough with explanations. I was able to get better coverage at half the cost as before. They’re always so willing to help. My wife got a new car on a Saturday after hours and we couldn’t take it without proof of insurance. I called Olivia and left a message in hopes to try to get the car. I didn’t figure I would hear back from her, but she did called me back. Olivia and Rick did everything they could to get insurance on the car for us. I’ve never had a place that’s been so willing to help. I can’t thank them enough. I wish they could of seen the smile on my wife’s face when she got to take her car home thanks to them and to them being willing to help us after hours on

The staff always makes sure my needs are taken care of. They often call just to ensure all my needs are being met. When making changes (as I often require) if anything seems odd or out of place or that I may have coverage I don't need they always check it's accuracy. Whether it's staying after hours to make changes I need or adjusting my due date last minute, adding or removing vehicles to patiently explaining any and EVERY question I may have about my coverage these are the best of the best.
