I cannot say enough good things about Giovanni and this State Farm team! I've thrown so many changes at them in the last few months -- marriage, new name, new house, additional car, etc. etc. -- and they've been responsive, professional, and congratulating at every step. It's a huge relief to be in such capable hands, especially during these crazy times. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Giovanni Ciacchella and the State Farm team are absolutely incredible. I am a wedding photographer and I wouldn't recommend going with anyone else. They are so responsive and fast to respond. Just today I needed to apply for a permit with a tight deadline, and they got me all the paperwork I needed within the HOUR. it was insanely fast! I'm so pleased and grateful.

Vicki Tuua has been my State Farm agent for many many years, and she's so much more than just an insurance agent. She's extremely knowledgeable on many levels and topics and very helpful without being pushy. She's also kind and personal in just the right way. We haven't had to have very many dealings with her agency, but when we had our car stolen a couple of years ago, they were very helpful and clear and got us through that whole nightmare as well as could be expected.
