From oil changes to engine swaps we want to be your go-to place for answers to your car questions. Rob founded Maitland Tire Co. in 1995. Rob is past president of the Rotary Club of Maitland and was chairman of the Maitland Rotary Art Festival for 12 years.

It is sad to see this place going down hill. I have been going here for 10yrs due to the customer service and how close it is. In the last year customer service has gone out the window. Perhaps there has been a change in management (I haven't seen the same Svc. Manager and team i was used to the past few visits). The gentleman there now seems extremely bothered when I have brought my car in for an oil change, tire change or other work. I recently brought my car in and the price for what needed to be done priced like they did not want the job. They are typically a bit higher but not this much

Honestly classic scenario of a young girl going into a car place to get things fixed. As soon as I walked in, the guy at the desk started off rude to me and then when I told him what was going on with the car (2 slow leaks and replacement of cabin filter) he was just laughing at me under his breath. I like supporting local companies over chains for car work but I won’t be back here.

I came here after driving with what I thought was a broken tire pressure indicator light for months. I went to two other places and they didn't fix the problem for me.
Within 10 minutes at Maitland Tire Company, I was pleasantly greeted and they solved the issue. I can't wait to come back here and highly recommend them!

I had a nail on my tire and was headed out of town. I pulled in to Maitland Tire co. This morning hoping they had time to fix it before it went flat. They only had one guy there- Clay? I think his name was and the dude was overwhelmed with phone calls and one person had just left when I walked in. He was nice and told me he wasn’t sure bc someone had called out for the day and not sure how long etc. I told him I had to go across the street for about an hour and low and behold I got a text before I got back! Beware! What happened to these guys??? I have done business with them for 20 + years. Over the last few years service has gone down hill. Last year I had a bad experience (them recommending repairs that were not necessary) and I said I wouldn't be going back. Well I thought I would give them another chance last week. Big mistake!!! I called to make sure they had time to do a simple rotate and balance and I promptly went to the shop. They said they would get right to me. About 30 mins later they came out and said it wouldn't be much longer. OK, I don't mind waiting. 15 mins later a tech comes out

My tire had a nail in it and was running low. The employee at the service station in College Park told me the tire's steel wall integrity had been compromised and needed to be replaced. Travis at Maitland Tire took the tire off the wheel, inspected it and determined there was no damage. The tire was patched and my time spent at Maitland Tire Co. was less than 30 minutes. Excellent work!! Thank you!

I got a full synthetic oil change (over $50) and was told it came with an oil filter change; when I checked under the hood afterwards, the same oil filter was still there from the previousmanufacturer service. I know it's the same filter because it has the same dent that it had before I drop the car off. It was most likely a lazy service technician who thought it was too hard to get the filter off so just left it.

I'm happy a place like Maitland Tire exists. I recommended all of my friends and colleagues to come here if they need any maintenance done.
Customer Service: They're always very friendly and polite. If I have a small issue and my partner had many minor issues with his car, we can always drive up and ask them to look. If it's something small, they try to just help with no charge. It's really an above and beyond customer service from them.
Wait Time: I am always early so I can't speak about how long the wait time is for other slots. I'm either the first or second

**Review downgraded from 2 to 1 star.** The owner took about an hour exchanging messages with me only to stop replying. He never once said anything along the lines of 'I'm sorry you had a less than great experience at my store'.. I manage a customer service based business, and it's a pretty basic practice that when a client isn't happy, it doesn't matter who's fault it is, we apologize that their experience was less than perfect. Maybe his guys were just following his example? Anyway, continue reading for my original review.

This was the best experience I've ever had having a car fixed. Suggested by an earlier reviewer, Vaugh. Ask for Ron! We went to him for a second opinion after being quoted a pretty ridiculous price for a right steering knuckle, tie rod, and breaks for a 2013 Toyota Corolla at Magic

Went here for the first time after reading the positive reviews, and I think I have found my new mechanic. Efficient work, don't try to charge extra or do more work than needs doing. Went above and beyond when I needed one tire patched, they checked the others pressure just for good measure. Definitely will return.
