Waited almost 2 hours to get an alignment, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My car was done and they didn’t even come up to tell me.

Very disappointed! For background, I've spent $1000's here over the past couple of years with 3 cars in the family. Always fair until this past week. I even handed over the title of one car (for free) to the owner so he could fix it up and sell for profit. Put on two full sets of tires - one for my daughter's car, and multiple items for my truck, including tires. When my daughter got her tires rotated and balanced he charged $30 total (for most companies it's free for the life of the tires). I accepted it because it is not a chain, and is family-owned. They did my alignment and charged me more cuz my truck has a leveling kit just adjusted the toe and charged my more for it for starters then i ask them y didnt they adjust my camber and carlito said your bushings are bad send his tech to get fotos and wouldnt show me where the problem was. i been a mechanic for many years i just couldnt do it the alignment myself they didnt know im a mechanic so they thought they can lie to me like they do to most of there ppl

Easy to get into parking lot. Waited 1 hour with no appointment (2 tires and alignment).

Took my Jeep to be aligned, car was not aligned correctly, a waste of time and money. Time is valuable and having to rent a car due to their negligence is not ok. I will definitely not recommend this place

Seriously, never had an issue going here, it's staff is efficient and attentive, seemingly honest and upfront. Only reason I do not give it a 5 is lack of inventory, which is only an inconvenience, it's not like it is done on purpose. They are fast, prices are competitive for sure. Recommended definitely if you need 1-2 replacement tires or a reserve exchange, not sure about a whole new set situation, never had to do that but I know they offer full services, like balancing and rotation.

Excellent tire shop who's been in the business for decades. Literally decades!!! Might not be a large chain but to be in the industry for this long you have to be doing business legit and fairly, which is more than I can say for many chain tire shops like discount tire and tire kingdom, etc... these guys will treat you right and fairly and are not out to just take advantage of someone's bad day of hitting random nail or tire puncture. They'll recommend to patch or plug your tire if it's safe and can save u money. Which is more than I can say for these crooks at the chain tire

Would have giving it 5 stars here why, brought 4 tires and had wheel alignment done . All the tires had different air pressure on each of them 43-47 in the front and 33-39 on the rear tires. front was to stiff rough ride .easy fix but they didn't check before I left and I didnt ride long before noticing it .wheel alignment was done a little to fast for me. giving it time I'll know if it was done correctly, all in all carlitos are hard working people and very respectful ,i would recommend there shop and will do business with them again just this time DOUBLE CHECK THE TIRES PRESSURE!!!! I've been going here to get used/new tires for years. They always mount it right, they're lowered car friendly, and the prices can't be beat.

They are straight to the point there, so don't be expecting a Disney land experience, but they definitely know their field 1000%.

Would never go anywhere else for tires and my alignment needs.

Fast service. Gave myself an hour before work to get a new tire. They got me out in a half an hour. Very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I have been here twice to repair punctured tires.

First time I had a nail in a tire but prior to going to Carlitos I tried Walmart, they said they could not fix the damage (just by looking at the tire) and I needed a new tire, I agreed but then they couldn't get the tire off because the bolt was stripped. The man recommended I take it to Carlitos because they couldn't help me. So I did and I told that the owner there that I thought I needed a new tire and before I knew it he had repaired my old one and the stripped bolts for $35.

Last week I found out from Firestone that I needed four new tires. Firestone offered me four off-brand tires and alignment for a very high price, and I couldn't accept that.
