I can understand that it is Sunday and that it can be busy but if u are in a rush I want to warn you that it will take quadruple the normally estimated time for a tire change.. especially if u need 2 tires changed

Rude. Arrogant. Promise one thing and once they get your car in the air on too late to leave they alter plan or product at a higher cost. They get as many cars started to work on so no one can leave and takes very long and make a lot of excuses. Wasted hours of my time. Even heard one customer say if he wanted such bad customer service he would have gone to per boys but also stuck as vehicle was already in air and blocked off by other vehicles being worked on. No where to go and poor customer service

I was charged $60 for a front end alignment that I never got. The technicians that perform alignments was gone and some dude who didn't know what he was doing attempted to do it but I told him to put my car down because he had no idea what he was doing and I didn't want him to kill anybody. I asked for my money back and was refused a refund. This place is a scam and I wouldn't recommend them.

BEWARE!!!!! This places is the worst place I've ever been too!
Got two used tires, one went flat the same day. Took it back to them, which I had to get AAA to do (costed extra due to mileage) THAT TIRE WENT FLAT TOO THE SAME DAY! I would never recommend this place to anybody. They buy tires with holes in them already and apparently I'm not the only person that experienced this problem with them. Smh!

They were recommended to me by a friend at work, so I figured I'd give them a chance. Wow am I glad I did! Between the replacement tire (used, but plenty of tread still left), and the permanent patch on the other, I was out only $58 and change. Plus, I was there maybe 10-15 minutes. They had NASCAR-like speed and efficiency! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I can't say I enjoyed my time here, certainly you won't have a warm and fuzzy buying used tires in general. However, it doesn't help when customers are having verbal arguments with the manager ( at least two customers) and the employees are practically taking of your wheels before agreeing on the service.
It appears that most of the tries are kept indoors and and employees and manager although "short" with your concerns, very nice people

I bought used tires, i got flat 10 minutes later, it was the valve and they did not recognize warranty for that...they told me if any trouble come back! I do not recommend this place. specially after i paid $160 for the used tires....it was not honest and fair! They charged an additional $10....he did not care even though i told why should i pay if it was the valve....never come back
