I just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. When I called to schedule the appointment, I spoke with the owner who was professional and amiable. Jenna did my hair. She asked lots of questions, was very friendly, and she collaborated with the owner throughout the whole process.
It was the best salon experience I have ever had. A small salon which gleaned, with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Every customer seemed to be a friend.

Are you a central PA kinda person? If so and even if not, you MUST come visit The Hair Refinery for your next fresh look! Owned by a friendly professional named Susan, this salon will have you feeling like a champion! My haircut today came from an expert stylist named Jenna. She trimmed, sliced, and diced my hair into a work of art that would even impress Picasso himself! I'm a huge fan, excellent price, best hair salon around! Do yourself a favor people and go give these ladies a shot!

Great place and great people. They got me an appointment before the holidays, which was such a relief. The place is comfortable and very clean. People are very happy, friendly and helpful. My hair looks and feels beautiful. A real confidence booster. I even got the privilege to meet "Mayhem", the kitty. 😍

The staff here are the friendliest, most helpful people you will ever meet. They are very hard-working and make sure that they go beyond the hair cut. They provide standard hair care, they dye hair, supply wigs, and sell high quality hair products. Besides hair, they also do nail care. The office there is colorful and instills a sense of happiness and calm. Feel free to ask for hair or nail care advice. They will never hesitate to help you. Staff was very smart and knew how to cut hair, taking her time to make it perfect.
Staff was also very friendly and socially enthusiastic, but intelligent in doing so, so if you’re one to not talk as much during a hair cut, they would accommodate while keeping the same level of professionalism. And if you’re one to socialize, you came to the right place.
I’d definitely recommend.
