I have had my car washed here twice and both times they did not fully perform the services I paid for. The first time they did not vacuum inside the cargo space (I have a hatchback). The second time (today) they did not dust the dashboard or vacuum all the seats...there were still obvious bits of tree pollen throughout the car. Perhaps it's because my car has NJ plates and they think I'm not coming back again. But my family is in North Haven. Buyer beware.

Not a very friendly person doing the car intake. Told him I wanted an exterior wash and he was very rude with his tone, and attitude, and said "I know you want a wash, why else would you be here?." Talked to me like I was stupid. I felt very unwelcome. Like I was inconveniencing him. Didn't even stay and get my car washed.

Came here for an oil change today. Super fast service, friendly and professional employees and the free car wash that comes with the oil change was awesome. All for $30! Can't beat it. I wont be going anywhere else in the future.

What an amazing discovery I made today when I found these guys!! I can’t even explain it in words. You can’t get the car car this much cleaned for this much money. Period. AJ was very courteous and made it very easy to understand their system. I didn’t have time to get the deep clean so they did their ‘other’ clean. I’ll soon be back there just for curiosity to see how much more clean can Deep Clean be than this!!!

Went there today for an oil change and I had a coupon for a free car wash and $7 off the oil change. I normally pay $50 for a synthetic oil change at other places(inc our mechanic) but they charged me $69 WITH the coupon. She did not take the $7 off and charged me extra for a filter. No one has ever charged me extra for an oil filter as its usually included in the price! Beware of added items to your bill. Owner was downright rude. While they performed the oil change,the woman in charge did not want to work with me. Deceiving prices. She just said, "leave now...I don't need your business!"No way
