We understand flavor, have a passion for cooking, and always do our best to make food a fun experience! I grew up in a small town outside of Naples and went to culinary school. Cooking and creating delicious dishes for others to enjoy is in my blood. I would spend my free time making bread, pasta and sauces with my parents, so you could say cooking on a big scale comes second nature to me.
I brought my love for food to America when I was 18 years old. I have spent the years perfecting my craft and using traditional family recipes to fill the stomachs of my customers. Cooking is not just a job for me, but rather a passion. Chef Francesco takes the time to deconstruct dishes and come up with new, inventive ways to cook.

Frank's Place is awesome!! His salads are impeccable not to mention I buy a grilled chicken salad every day from Frank, it is delicious!! To be quit honest all his food is really good, I am definitely going to miss his salads when I leave this week. I am so sad our office is moving, I told Frank I am going to take him with us!! :) The food & the prices are really good..
