I was in the middle of a ktichen rennovation and everything was complete except the backsplash. The original installers were not helpful at all regarding scheduling although all materials were already delivered and waiting. D&R came out and and did a great job with less than a 2 week turnaround. After weeks of looking at old exposed insulation in the otherwise new kitchen it was a great relief. The installers were courteous and prompt. Most importantly, since we all have to work, they respected the security of my home, supplied a lockbox, and always informed me of arrivals and departures. I contacted D&R to replace the wood floor in my kitchen after some water damage. From the beginning I felt the owner seemed less than interested, maybe because it was a small job. I should have listened to that feeling. They came in and did a good job tearing out the damaged wood and putting down the new flooring but then it all fell apart. They selected a stain that did not match without going through any steps to try to do a color match. The stain they used was close but was darker and more brown than the rest of the floor. The owner said the floor would never match exactly because of the age
